Starbucks — Restaurant in Gloucester

GREAT Starbucks - friendly staff and great service 7 days a week/364 days a year!

Thank you to the Team here in Gloucester! it was awesome when you opened and you have made our mornings special (my son, his dog and me)!!!

EVERYONE here is always kind, friendly and quick! You recognize me and start my order with a short black dark roast and a pup cup, you always go out of your way to make my experience a very nice one...plus my order is always accurate and my coffee is nice and hot!

Although my coffee is savored i.e.: it's my treat after my morning workout, it's my son's dog Brody who is the winner! I get him a "Pup" cup every day and to watch the thrill in him, waiting anxiously for me to get home, runs up and down the steps, brings me a toy, sits, gives me a kiss and when i say "break" he goes right after it! It's a show to be seen and my son, husband and I all get the biggest laugh every day! The other day it took Brody almost 3 minutes to finish his "Pup" cup! He delighted in every lick, and came up and kissed me again!

Ugggh. staff here used to be the best & they're still very friendly and nice, but somebody when you order mobile orders, is pouring drip coffee for Americanos because it's fast and easy and they think nobody's gonna know I guess. One of the first telltales is that your Americano is not hot, because it's out of drip coffee that's been made for an hour or so. that's happened a few times and if you ask them to remake it, well golly G the real Americano taste completely different and it is indeed nice and piping hot. The other telltale of course is it doesn't taste right. This morning I'm pretty sure I even got a decaf, the flavor is completely and totally wrong for standard Starbucks espresso shots. unfortunately I ran out the door to the car and was in a rush and couldn't go back to...

Newer Starbucks, so I expect that they are working out the kinks. I have been there twice now. The first time Wifi wasn't working at all. They even tried reseting it for me, but it did not help - I had to use phone as a hotspot and burn up data to get anything done. Drinks and food are always good, baristas are always friendly and appears that they enjoy their work (which is important for a positive environment). Second time visiting, Wifi too slow to get work done well. Likely won't choose this Slowbucks again unless it's just to get coffee in passing - not to stay and hang out. It's a shame because atmosphere is great otherwise - I love how spacious it is, the decor, and the seating arrangement. Just can't use internet!! See pic for internet speed (or...
