Absolute worst experience in my life today. I sent a message to the pharmacy through the app about being upset about my medication being out of stock yesterday. Every single time I order a prescription with this pharmacy they are delayed or out of stock. Not just one medicine but multiple. I am going on vacation tomorrow. I went to the pick up window for a prescription that was confirmed to be picked up today after 6 PM. A heavy set women with blonde hair was immediately confrontational. Conveniently my medication was out of stock. She gave me a very hard time. She told me that the medication was out of stock and that the app is incorrect. That she will cancel and I can go to Walgreens. Even though my app told me it was ordered and it would be available at 6 PM. She kept telling me 15 different people are on my medication it’s out of stock and I have to wait until Monday. I simply expressed how this is a constant issue at this location. Her face turned red instantly she called me rude and walked away. I was not being rude at all. The manager Emily then came to the window who told me I was yelling that’s why she called me rude. Making excuses and not being nice. I absolutely was not being rude or yelling. Clearly management is OK with name-calling. These people can’t even communicate with customers when they are simply expressing their concerns without acting like this? Emily, continued to tell me if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere!!! No apologies for the name calling and aggression from her employee. Telling me Again how 15 other people are on this medicine. I bet you my medication is sitting there in the fridge. What happened to customer service. These people need to be trained on some basic customer service. How unprofessional. I absolutely am done doing business with CVS pharmacy at this location. I will be complaining to the pharmacy head. The cashiers that work at the front of the store are absolutely amazing people. Never an issue there. If you can’t work with the public without calling names and being vicious, then you shouldn’t work there at all. Learn how to communicate properly! This pharmacy location prioritizes who gets medication by who they choose clearly. I have complained multiple times in the past about prescriptions being out of stock and instantly they were filled. How?!!! Management needs to check the cameras. At 7:30 PM Friday, June 13 and see the treatment I received. I can clearly see by the reviews this is a common occurrence at this location....
Read moreAccording to the Google page the pharmacy opens at 8am. After going back and forth for 2 weeks regarding a prescription my child needs I called first thing at 8am to get this handled. For a half hour I tried to get ahold of them while their prompts say the pharmacy is closed. I don’t drive so just going isn’t really an option. I called at 8:34 and asked to speak to the store to see what was going on. A girl answered and when I began explaining I have been trying to call and it still says closed she cut me off to say the pharmacy opens at 9 not 8 and that it was thatcher rd that opens at 8. I told her according to Google it says 8 and that someone should have it corrected. She gave me an attitude saying “it’s already been done” while audibly scoffing at me. I said “well it hasn’t” and she hung up on me. I called back and a man named Jeff answered. I explained what happened and asked for the girls name so I could report the situation to the manager and he REFUSED to give it to me stating it was against company policy to give employee names (false) but gladly gave me the managers name. Said Tom the manager will be in tomorrow and I can’t report this until then. I’m the meantime I’m calling my child’s doctor to have all the prescriptions sent to a more...
Read moreRUDE and INCOMPETENT people here. I printed a single PDF document from the kiosk and went to the register to pay. They couldn’t find my order, but I had literally heard whirring noises from the machine processing it behind the counter. They had no idea what they were doing, I had to show them where the printer was! Paid for my single sheet of paper and left. But they must have completed my order incorrectly, because over the next 3 weeks, CVS keeps spamming me with phone call reminders about that Photo order, which I obviously picked up already.
So, I called the store to correct the mistake in their system. After a brief hold, the associate seemed annoyed, saying “Idk what to tell you, just block the number.” But the phone calls are only a symptom of the order pick-up mistake, right? When I explained that’s why I’m calling, to permanently resolve the issue by removing it from my account entirely, the associate abruptly asserted that “it’s not our fault and there’s nothing we can do.”
It’s totally fine if I need to call the main office or something else, but there is absolutely NO need to be so rude about it. She had such a bad attitude I had to hang up. So...
