I was the the other day with my disabled daughter. She has a small ESA dog. We bring her where we can and always with respect told the place we are entering. She has a small bed that she stays in and after we leave we always wipe done the carriage we use! We we leaving the Gloucester Mass store and my daughter had to use the ladies room. I stayed there with my daughterâs dog, so my she could use the bathroom. A customer went through the security and it beeped. âLâ barked once because it scared her. An employee not even a manager came up to be and told me to leave, because she barked. I am no kid. I am 66 years old and the employee was probably 40. I told her I was waiting for my daughter. âLâ barked once because the unexpected alarm scared her. If the cashier had done the job and removed the alarm from the customerâs product, there would have been no problem. The employee said she didnât care what I was doing and to leave. At that point my daughter came out and we left.

I would also like to add there were 2 larger dogs in the store, no vest! I guess that is also ok. This was one of my favorite stores but...

My folks love shopping here as well and find many popular toys for my daughter at bargain prices. Would definitely recommend you come by this Marshalls, even if you don't normally shop at them. Surrounding plaza is nice too. Great that they finally have stores in Gloucester again where you can buy clothes etc. Since Ames closed, have to leave the island for a lot of department store type needs. Marshalls fills that...
Read moreI feel so blessed to be able to live on paradise island, aka Gloucester and still have such a WONDERFUL Marshalls in town, with the right products, great pricing and excellently managed store. Now that they got rid of some less than friendly managers in the past, the current staff is top notch. Today I had another case of needing to return some items, and get help for gifts to friends in from Japan. Tara, still relatively new, was so patient, kind and efficient, that she had me taken care of and happy within 15 minutes. Karen is an amazing manager &...
