Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Gloucester

Extremely disappointed!! My friend and I went in for the first time an the place was a mess. We understand it's a new location we hoped by now they would have worked out the kinks.the staff were extremely rude trying to rush us out the door not one person was smiling the kitchen had over flowing trash all around the area they were handling food. They had what looked like raw chicken on the counter the whole 25 minutes we waited before we even got to order.The chicken was still sitting there after we left about 45 minutes total. The pans were pilled up an thrown all over the place.The Spanish we believe manager wearing the collared shirt was yelling at another employee then took our order Sloppily through our bowls together rolled the burrito with everything dripping out the sides an a big tear in the tortilla then wrapped it quickly with foil to hide.then when I asked a question about it rudly said this is how we do things then laughed at us speaking Spanish to another employee pushing us down the line.Then when we got our food home because the dining room was too dirty to even eat in there with hot sauce napkins and trays all over the place I opened my chips an guacamole an my gauc was brown an nasty looking ill provide a picture if possible. Definitely not family friendly they had music playing in the dinning area but the music coming from the grill area was swearing talking about selling drugs an hurting people. We are extremely disappointed after seeing our guacamole an the cleanliness of the place we discussingly threw all the food away.they need new management!! these people are very inexperienced when it comes to quality and guest experience. It's not even worth going back for a refund. I may get sick just walking back through or having to deal with that rude Spanish manager again. Hopefully they use that wrongfully earned money towards seeking better management an help!! And hopefully the board of health from gloucester steps up and does their part taking corrective procedures for everybody in this...

My First time at any chipotle. Ordered three tacos, the employee set them down on top of each other, on one plate (Mind you, I asked for the order to go) and put about 6 pieces of steak total on them. And since they were on top stacked of each other, you could Not put individual condiments on any of them (which obviously I wanted, because one was for my wife, and she doesn’t like anything I like on her tacos) When I asked them to change them, I was given an awful attitude, and told “that’s how we do it” I also found out, when the very tolerant woman behind me, let out a giant sigh, swore under her breath (loud enough to hear) and then started insulting my appearance; that the quality of human purchasing their dinner at said restaurant, is of no useful qualities, and thinking with a shoe size IQ. Not that it matters to any of the useless employees I encountered, but I will never patronize the dump again, and I’m going to make sure I tell everyone about my experience firsthand. Forget about the commercials you’ve seen with all of the smiling people and the fresh food. We came in at 8 PM on a Tuesday night. The place looked dirty. The people were working there and gave us no mind for 10 minutes. Then we were finally asked if we wanted to order. We ordered burrito bowls. The food did not look fresh. And the meat was cold. They ran out of black beans so they just…gave us less. When they rang us up, I said to my wife, I’m not happy and the man who rang us up said what is wrong sir and I told him about the black beans and he got us more black beans, which was very nice. He also was nice enough to comp us soda by giving us cups. When I went to get a lemonade, it was just water. When I went to get a Sprite, it was just seltzer. I gave up.
