Gallerie Quilt — Local services in Golden

Bought 2 king sized quilts, a throw blanket, and 4 shams from them from them a year ago and really loved the designs. Spent over $1000 with them. They told me that these are quality quilts that will last a lifetime which is great! However, recently, a string from a sham I bought from them broke.

I also tried to buy a new throw blanket for my second kid from them. Last time, the throw blanket was around $70. This time, they rung me up for a throw quilt they were discontinuing, and did not tell me the price. Only after going home did I see I got charged for $176.30 for a discontinued throw quilt. It feels extremely dishonest especially since I was a repeat customer and regularly bring my friends from out to town to buy things from their shop. I accidentally found this amazing store today. I was stunned by the selection, as well as by the quality. These handmade quilts are show stoppers and I found the pricing incredibly reasonable. I don't know what it is about quilts that I find so comforting, but I don't believe that any Colorado mountain home is properly equipped without at least one. Somehow, they simultaneously conjure both images of a comfortable winter evening by the fire, or a cheerfully colored, perfect summer weight necessity.

Gallerie Quilt drew us right in with their outdoor display of products. Then we walked in to their inviting store to find two big cuddly Bernese Mountain Dogs waiting right by the door to welcome us. We struck up a wonderful conversation with the store owners about their really gentle pups and shared with them we owned a couple ourselves. The place was so colorful with quilts and the owners were a real pleasure to get to know. We bought a great cup from them too. They even invited our Berners to come back and meet theirs.
