I saw the Pokémon cards while walking by and it caught my attention as a small gift for the kiddos. I’m a novice with Pokémon and everything else, with exception of food, the store has to offer after I walked in to check out the cards. With that said, there was a variety of games and game versions for the beginner, a casual fan or player, and more experienced player. There were a few private areas to play in along with an immense library of games between the front of the store and the back. The calendar of events on the back wall of the main store area shows you a packed schedule of events the store offers. Food-wise, the iced Honduran latte with oat milk was very good. The rest of the menu looked good since it’s essentially the “best of” Tributary Food Hall nearby. Service was great and the vibe was nice. Read moreGolden Game Guild is an amazing place! First off, there is a strong offering of high-quality games for purchase. The owners will coach you through your decision to ensure you find a good fit for your specific skill level.

Read moreI love it here so much. But i have had multiple experiences where i don't feel like im taken seriously by the employees. Im tall and well built, not the type of person you picture when thinking about d&d. And i think that sometimes people dont think im there to buy anything. I waited at the counter for 5 min while he talked to another woman. It wasn't until somebody else came in, that he finally stopped talking to the woman and greeted the person who walked in. And he said to me "Oh are you getting something?" I really felt disrespected and not taken seriously. So if anyone that is introverted or new to the store, make sure your intentions are clear when walking...
