My lady and I went in to see what it was about and purchase some meat for dinner. We met the guy at the counter, (alex) and almost immediately I knew that I would be bringing my business back to this place. He explained all prices, and the details of the meat very well. He gave us quality recommendations, and made the whole experience amazing. We even stayed and talked to him for about 30 minutes after figuring out what we wanted to purchase. First time buying and am already ready to come back for more!! Talked with Alex who was super friendly and helped me tailor a selection of fish and meat to fit my active life. Let me just say he did not steer me wrong. Got salmon tail cuts, hoki filets, and rib eye steaks, plus burger patties.

Game me an awesome brochure with temp and cooking guides. Also gave me a simple receipe for the Hoki an NZ fish used for fish and chips.

I friend the fish in coconut oil and used almond flour plus panko to coat it. Those fish were delicious!!
