
Thanks for sending a tone deaf text asking if Id like to get my oil changed. โโโโโโโโโ- In the past Ive had great experiences with this dealership/service advisor Olena replacing my Amber LED daytime running lights under warranty and other here and there maintenance. This most recent experience was different.
About 3 months ago, I had a crank no start issue with my 2017 Honda Accord. It kept turning off after driving it for two hours, and would eventually turn back on after multiple attempts to start the car 30 minutes later. I brought the car in on 3 separate occasions to this dealership and each time they were unable to recreate the issue unlike (AutoNation 104 Honda in Westminister, click on my profile to see my review of their services). Communication was limited with my advisor Merlye who advised me my car was ready for pickup 15 minutes before they closed that day. I had to pay around $25 round trip for an uber to take me from and to the dealership service center from my house. I paid $350.05 on 11/01/2024 for "Gas Injection Service or Fuel Injector Cleane 1-Part KF65" to which I thought would have solved the issue and drove the car for a few more days. The issue was not solved, and based on the limited communication with my previous advisor Merlye I requested a different service advisor with the over the phone agent. When I arrived at the service department I was told I would be paired with Merlye again to which I was confused as I had requested someone different. I was eventually paired with Brandon, and the communication was a little better, however the issue with my vehicle was never able to be recreated. I took possession of my vehicle a third time and on the same day I took possession of it, the issue occured again. I brought my vehicle into the service department and Brandon and his team "looked at it" again with a Master Tech to which I received a call yet again stating that they could not replicate this issue. Thankfully I have another vehicle and was able to still make it to and from work during this month of not having my second car. I spent close to $80 going to and from my house to the dealership with this issue. I filed a complaint with the dealership over the phone, and have yet to receive a call back with any kind of apology or refund for the time and money wasted. This dealership is also not even listed on BBB. Would never go here again for service of a honda, purchase another honda, or support any kind of business operation Mr. Jaime Payne the COO has now or in the future. I myself run a local business in Colorado and have had years of customer experience and this was one of the lowest if not worst things Ive ever had to deal with, from a vehicle of a brand such as Honda. I expect to purchase a vehicle and preform regularly scheduled maintenance on it and also weld the hood shut after the fact. American Honda has yet to resolve this issue as well as Im being told to file another complaint with this dealership. The only dealership that never tried to take the advantage of current market situations, Inventory, High demand. The most respectful staff with lot of patience in explaining each and every customer needs in terms of different options, financing, cost benefits etc. I have worked with Derek who is the sales rep, such a lovey person, healthy way of communication, such a positive attitude, helpful, patiently explaining each and everything. Even the other staff Ed, Zach and Dess from this dealership they are just awesome and lovely who has good knowledge and very helpful in making the customer completely satisfied. Such a lovely dealership. Just with the happy experience that I have had with them in purchasing my Honda Odyssey Elite, I feel like sharing my lovely experience.
I have been looking for a mini van and started working with various dealerships more than 15+ from Toyota, Kia, Crysler and Honda Makes. 80% of the dealerships are taking advantage of the current market situation as they have more customers considering the demand of the vehicles. PLANET HONDA is different compared to all. I love the way they respect the customer, the way they fulfill all customer needs even in high demand in the market now. This dealership is the only dealership who provides fully refundable deposit, even after you receive the booked vehicle if you change your mind. They gave me different buying options even I stepped back of purchasing the vehicle. Honestly, there is no need for them to ask a customer multiple times in current market demand and situation. But, they called me provided all different options so patiently, considered my needs, considered my expectations, considered my decision, they have never forced or disappointed even when I stepped back in my purchase at some point of time in my journey with them. Finally, I have purchase my Honda Odyssey from Planet Honda. Such a lovely dealership and fantastic team I have worked with. I and my family really appreciate all your help and making a very smooth purchase...
ย ย ย Read moreI might give you 3 stars or 4 stars. Hear me out. Drove 2.5 hours to buy a 2020 Subaru Sti but had some complication with purchasing due to negative equity with trade in. So i decided to drive back home and come back later to find out that my father told Jeremy finance department that i don't have a job. I do own a business with my father so i have shared profit with him and i took a month break off to look for a dream car. My father doesn't speak english so well which I think he ment to say is i'm on break rather than i don't work. I came back a day later to be told by Jeremy that he will report me to federal authority for lying. Felt like i was a criminal and I'm Korean. I showed proof that i was working by showing my google business account and my pay check. He wanted W2 form that i sent out recently. I was forced back home and drove 2.5 hours back just to find out again that they brought in another better STI. I tried to purchase again but he sayed I'm red flagged and needed evidence that I work. Drove 10 hours total back and forth to find my work evidence not sufficiant enough. I lost 2 good Subaru STI that day and never felt this level of depression and comedy.
Front desk lady is nice. Ill give you that. Taking my father word literally to reject me for multiple effort i put into is a good way to put me into depression. Thank you.

Ps... I bought 19 STI Limited a month after this incident. My luck is bad. Bought a used mint deceiving STI that left me stranded, Towed it for $175, Repair bill came in $3,000 (Turbo and leak) right after I purchased it. 100% Stock Thank god for 2 month of powertrain warranty i have left since it's 2019 model.
