Completely disappointed with the food that we just picked up. This place was amazing last time, this time, was advised that they did a half assed job bcs they were too busy and that's what they could do at the time... My fiancé went to pick up food for us to make sure dinner was ready after my long day at work. I usually get egg foo young, & last time we had it here, it was amazing. I get home, go to make my plate and have never seen the atrocity that currently sits in front of me, from even the lowest level of Chinese food houses. I call to speak with a manager and was advised that they were too busy at the time and that was the best the could do. I am basically staring at 3 fried eggs. The guy on the phone doesn't offer anything close to an apology, just states if I want to bring it back they'll replace and I have to ask him, so no apology, no nothing, you guys do a half assed job, deliver 1/3 of the product, & then feel it's ok to charge full price? I'm taking this crap right back, & they will refund my money. I won't eat at a place that feels it's ok to do a half assed job, give me 1/3 of the product I order and still feel it's justified to charge me full price.
Went to the restaurant to speak with the manager/person that runs the show only to find a 16yo scared at the counter. States that his mom, who could handle the situation, is on a delivery didn't know what to do or to handle the situation. I finally just asked for my refund and he shorted the refund bcs he didn't include taxes. I left my name and number for his mother to call be back and she hasn't. Will never go back to this place bcs of the complacency behind given a customer a waaay below par product and still...
Read moreWe've ordered delivery from here quite a few times, this place used to be decent, what happened? We always ordered the same thing, Cashew Chicken and Pan Fried Noodles (they are lo mein type noodles with veggies and chicken, etc.). That is NOT what we received last night! Absolutely inedible. These noodles were very very thin, placed on top of the vegetable/chicken dish and were burnt to a charred crisp. I'm thinking perhaps burnt rice noodles that were mistakenly fried instead of the correct type of noodles? You could not cut through them with a knife, they were a thin layer of charred hard material that lifted off the vegetables all in one thin layer! Unfortunately the vegetables and chicken underneath were tainted by the horrible burnt flavor of the noodles so we couldn't even eat them! We had ordered our food at about 8:30 and it was delivered approximately 40 minutes later, of course, by the time we tried to call and talk to someone about what happened, we couldn't - because no one would answer the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTING and a WASTE OF $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ See...
Read moreI was hoping I could make this my to go to Chinese restaurant, I ordered the Shrimp Kung Pao, egg drop soup and Orange Chicken for the kiddos. I get that every restaurant makes their own version of menu items However I was just little disappointed because there was no scallions and bell peppers. I opted to have no peanuts or cashews in my Kung Pao. It did come with a generous portion of shrimp, celery, mushrooms, snap peas, potatoes, and the Spiciness was just right. I couldn’t have asked for any better egg drop soup. I also ordered the steamed fried rice and steamed white rice. They kiddos liked their orange chicken. I think it could have used a little more of the glaze mixture for the orange chicken. When I went it was a week or so ago, they had it blocked off, no dine in was allowed the employee stated they were short staffed. I’m still going to come back. From a scale of 1 thru 10, I will give it an 8 and half stars ⭐️ I can bet you will...
