My husband and I recently visited Verts dispensary from out of town, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible service we received from Kylie. From the moment we walked in, she was so patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for. We had a lot of questions, and Kylie answered every single one with a smile, guiding us through their extensive selection without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She truly helped us find exactly what we wanted, offering personalized recommendations that were spot on.

But Kylie went above and beyond even that! She's not just an amazing budtender; she's also incredibly thoughtful. She even gave me a beautiful pair of her handmade earrings – such a sweet and unexpected gesture that made the whole experience even more special.

Verts has become my second favorite place on earth. ( First is my couch, which I would rate 50 out of 5 stars, but I can’t leave a google review for it. ). I usually order online before I venture down so I can peruse the product before hand. They have a great and ever changing selection of edibles and vape products (and flower/prerolls too, but I live in a townhouse with non-partaking neighbors, and an HOA that prohibits anything that might elicit happiness -so I have to limit myself to low odor products.). Every budtender I’ve encountered has been delightful and knowledgeable and they’ve guided me towards other things I might want to try. I would name my favorite bud-tender but I’m usually a total space cadet mere moments after visiting and I can hardly remember my own name, much less that of the tall guy in the red shirt who handed me my bag of goodies last night.

Flower selection had been getting thin over the last couple months, with only a couple strains to choose from. Then when I went in today I was told they are completely out of flower except pre-rolled joints and did not expect to have any flower for nearly a month at the soonest. Then the lady there tried to convince me this is how it is all over town and that most dispensaries are totally out of flower. I informed her there was no way I was going to start buying individual pre-rolls for far more cost than bulk flower. Then I went to another dispensary 10 min away where they had plenty of stock of 20+ different strains and seemed baffled by this alleged shortage that everyone is supposedly experiencing, telling me they had zero issues keeping product in stock.
