Duluth is full of Bull!!!
They won't honor their return policy. What in the world is happening here!?
I tried to return some pants and they refused to give me a refund, saying they would give me store credit.... That's not what I want, and that's not what we agreed to(see pic of guarantee).
Terrible, rude staff including the manager who doesn't understand company return policies and had no idea what he is doing. The worst part about them not honoring their policy is that I explained their policy to him as I quoted it from the website and he still insisted that he would only give me store credit(see pic). He also refused to give his supervisors phone number which I asked for several times...
Manager Tye, and his horrible cohort Patty should both be looking for other jobs today, but especially Patty. Patty was the worst when it comes to customer service and by far the most unprofessional. She kept mocking me when I insisted on a cash refund, saying that isn't a company policy. Patty literally laughed at me multiple times from the sidelines as I was talking to the manager. Then when I insisted that they give a refund, Patty, not the manager, told me to leave the store! Absolutely unacceptable, this place is awful!
I need a call from the district manager and full accounting of the remedial action that is going to be taken regarding these rogue employees!
Duluth products are mostly made in China. Trust me, the pants don't last, and the front cargo pockets will have you slamming tools into the top of your knee all day! They were worthless for me. If I want to buy overpriced pants, I'm buying Carharrt, they understand work pants better, and probably won't kick you out of their store for wanting a refund when they design pants poorly.
I plan on returning all of the items I have purchased from Duluth over the years after I find a location that will honor...
Read moreFlaudie is my favorite Duluth employee of all time. Always friendly with my family. Has great solutions to fit my work wear needs. She Helped me figure out the best way to take care of my knees. Management didn't want to honor the return policy on an item 3 months old and was not as warm as I hoped. This was a while back. The staff seems to be anti return. They give others a hard time. I returned a canvas waxed jacket because it wasn't in store and ordered online. It was too long on sleeves took it back. Staff wasn't smooth. Got a diff size on another day and the flannel no longer was in the sleeves. It was a diff generation. Returned it at another store to get management to see they need some change at this store. Power trips. Also why no flannel in sleeves. It was the best jacket I had ever had just was long on the sleeves. O well other brands exist. I won't buy here if staff acts like they got an angry beaver in their undies. Any store would be lucky to have Flaudie. I might hit up the 3rd local in the mountains for fun. I'm a regular so... staff can determine if it will be that way. I have tried out so many jackets. Keep the insulation even in the arms, please. I was out at 7 degrees. Stuff rated at -5 degrees didn't perform. Didn't even bother to try to return. It was still new. Kept it. Nice bear hide fleece in pockets. Amazing fire hose pants. Also cary work knives not tactical stuff. Hopefully I can get my gear picked out. Don't like this store. I got some serious $ to spend, hi...
Read moreI ordered a pair of overalls on sale for $45. After two weeks and no shipping notification, I contacted them and was told my order was canceled due to them selling out with no idea when they would restock. Less than 24 hrs after I received this information I got an email advertising another "sale" where the same overalls, same size, which supposedly were "sold out" were now $60. Again, I messaged support, asking why I'd been given incorrect information, pointing out this was fraud. They took several days to respond, but stated if I called a particular number, they'd put a note on my account and I could get the overalls for the original sale price when I'd first posted them. When I called, however, I was told the overalls were (shocker) sold out, even though I could find them and add them to my cart online. I reached out to email support again, they said they would put a note on my account so that I could get a different color pair for the same price but I had to call the number again. I called yet again. I was told they could not honor the original price for any other pair and the original pair was still sold out and I was given misinformation from email support, but I could buy a pair for $90. I reached out again to email support asking for someone to please help me, which they have ignored. I have now wasted around 2 hours of time trying to get Duluth to honor a sale they made to me. Ridiculous. Happy to share screenshots of all this correspondence with...
