Terrible service, rude employees including the manager! I bought a pair of pants the other day and the cashier didn't even greet or say "have a good day" when I went to leave. Then today I tried returning the same pair of pants that didn't fit me with the tag that had fell off. The lady talked to me like I was stupid asking me if I couldn't read the back of the tag that said "cannot return with the tag removed" I said yes I can read it but as I said it fell when i tried to put the pants on. She continued to have a smart attitude with me and when I asked for the manager the manager didn't even greet me and she didn't ask what the problem was or anything. They have cute clothes but I will not be returning to this specific location due to the terrible customer service...

Find something but you’re not sure it’ll fit? Tough luck because they have no dressing rooms anymore. This could be a positive because when they did have them they were disgusting. But they’ll recommend you take it home to try because you have “30 days to return”; then suddenly tell you when you return the next week that it’s “7 days for refunds and 30 for exchanges.” I keep forgetting why I stop coming here until one day but hopefully this time I remember that it’s dirty cheap dirty clothing with rude entitled and unhelpful customer service. Staff was helpful. Went clothes shopping with a teenager which we all know can be a major drag but the sales staff helped out as much as they could. I took one star off because the school appropiate selection was limited. Most of the tops were crop tops. First time being in this store and never knew them to be limited like that. Not sure why others had problems with the staff but they were restocking the racks and doing what they do in these stores asking if I need help appropiately.
