Their jewelry repair services are extremely slow. I came to pickup my earrings in the time frame given and they were not ready. Take heed to the other reviews given, they are mainly negative . I do not recommend.

If you choose to shop here, keep a copy of your receipt 🧾. Also, the jewelry repair is extremely slow. Overall, my shopping experience was extremely slow and I highly recommend that no one patronize this business. Items are extremely overpriced and their customer service is trash 🗑 I cannot recommend. They lack integrity; if you lose your receipt, they will try to charge you again for jewelry repair. I will NEVER do any type of business with them again!

I went to purchase a necklace on credit and when i was approved i was told i would have up to 2 years to pay it off and as i was walking out i got a text saying i would have 198 dollars taken from my account until 1375 dollars was paid and if i didn't pay it off within 90 days i would be charged 4000 dollars i was lied to and i was told to call the company that they would work with me and that was a lie i was told the only way i could return it was to make 2 payments and then i could return it this place should not be allowed to stay in business these people should...
