I wanted to give a shoutout to Victor, he was so helpful when my car battery died.

Because I have a Subaru my battery is unique due to the cold cranking amps. I tried calling AAA and Subaru Roadside and they didn’t have a battery for me and could do nothing for me. I mean come on, SUBARU Roadside for real?? I called around to Autozone and they had one but wouldn’t help me install it. I called AAA back and asked if I bought it at Autozone would AAA help me install it, they said no. WTF am I paying for AAA, they didn’t help at all, I cancelled my membership after that. It was raining and I needed a battery.

I called O’Reilly Auto Parts and they said yes we have the battery you need and we will install it for free. Victor was super helpful and helped me install it while it was beginning to rain again. Thank you!

I am a female senior who chooses to not change a car battery. I am so glad I went to O'reilly's in Goleta Calif. I was helped by Luis. I told him I needed a battery and someone to put it in my car and put that red jelly stuff on my conectors. Luis said. "no problem". He charged me for my battery and deducted my core charge at same time. He put the red jelly on my connectors and tested my alternator to make sure it was o.k. per my request. It was fine. I dont need to worry about that now. I was very impressed with the service I recieved today. Luis you made a ongoing customer out of me. I will tell 10 or more people about your outstanding service.
