They purposely up charged me a common card I was looking for to play Lorcana with my mom and little cousin the one day. when they told me that the cards would be a set price. I had little card knowledge at the time and so I felt like they took advantage of me not knowing and now I know better about the the game and the cards I learned from another nice card shops whom actually informed me about the game knowledge etc.. Just to find out another card shop I was able to pay less for the card I was looking for at the time. Without having them to tell them my story. I’m very upset and disappointed that as a female they did this to me as well. It’s was a common card too. To be fair Lorcana just came out and of course I am also working two jobs and in college, In hopes to make a good gift with my family to play the game. The employee at the shop that don’t help me, but suggest, to find another store, wanted me to just call around or basically give up and then to top it off didn’t wanna tell me if they where going to be In stock agin soon, and lied to me not knowing when they will be in stock, basically they acted clueless to me. rather talking to me they where focused on talking to some other guy most of the time instead of helping me at the time to explain anything to deal with Lorcana. Then as I walked away to look around I herd him and his buddy talking about the game bragging about it, to him and was helping him with the game and obviously showing favoritism to help him get cards or whatever, like wow just wow! I see how it is?! I was upset at this point and just took that card I needed and left and will not recommend this shop. When the cards should be for everyone and not let us get scammed by these card shop people and they hold cards all to themselves or whoever. So don’t let them fool you! This was such a bully move in the card community as a whole and not fair. I will make a report about this.
