GameStop — Local services in Avondale

Ordered a game off gs online and I spent 12.99 to have it delivered on top of what I paid for the game and I paid for a one-year warranty. Well 1) when my game arrived bag was completely open they don’t even attempt to seal the product. 2) the game I received did not work and there was bubbles in the disk, if the employees would have attempted to do there job they would have seen this game should have not been sold period. So I called the store and ask what I needed to do they said take it to any location. So I went to a location closer to Me and let me say that the employees there went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Seeing that I had lost out on money for the delivery for a game that didn’t even play and because of the great service that they provided, I even bought More accessories for my game console. So beware this location if you’re buying games used, Or anything for that matter make sure you actually go down to the store and look at whatever it is, you are trying to buy...

Great place to purchase used games. I was able to get 4 Xbox 360 games for $20.00. they also provide exceptional customer service skills. One employee in particular named Justin, went above and beyond to help me and my mother find a game for my son. He also signed us up for a gamestop members card which will help with future purchases on discounted items for being a member. Attention all GameStop managers at the game stop store location on Estrella parkway(next to the Walmart): promote your employee named Justin to a top tier management position before another company picks him up. This store is horrible. They keep putting figures, pops and other popular items in the shelf for customers to buy. Only problem is when a customer goes to pay for them they refuse to sell the items and say they aren't allowed to sell them yet? This has happened 3 times with nothing being done and they staff treating customers badly about it. Really frustrating also because other competitive stores in the area are selling these items at the current time. Tried many times to get a hold of district manager with no success. Why won't gamestop take my money. Lol how gamestop is still in buisness in this...
