Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Goodyear

I don’t know why food places can not get their stuff together. Thanks for the rubber wings that deff not the way I ordered them also ordered 15 more boneless wings and u got bone in. 45 min drive home to come home to some trash. Pretty upsetting when you work all day spend 80$ and tip to get some garbage. I asked and was very specific and you guys still couldn’t get it right.

04/26/2024 Came in tonight after being disappointed in the wings in the past. The food was actually ok this time but it seemed like EVERYONE in here besides the lady at the bar was rude and had attitude. The chick working the front with the Tomateros jersey is super rude. You literally deal with hundreds of people if you don’t like your job then just quit. It’s not a good thing when you go to get food and get attitude from a little girl and a dirty baseball jersey. I went in with my wife and asked to sit at the bar and usually it’s open seating and she said that I wasn’t but she said it was a lot of attitude and then the dude that’s working next to her and kind of shoulder bumped me didn’t even mind that I was there, I thought that was kind of rude so we said OK. We waited for seats for her to try to give us a table when I said no we said the bar that’s what we’ve been waiting for she threw down her towel, smacked her lips and was like follow me With a lot of attitude maybe management needs to check this girl on how to treat customers. Also, I was very specific that me and my wife wanted to sit at the bar so that same girl sat on the table. Then the waitress came through. Feedback About Our Experience on My Son's Birthday

I am writing to share my experience at the Goodyear location on my son's 14th birthday. My son was really looking forward to celebrating at Buffalo Wild Wings, as we have enjoyed many birthdays there in the past.

Unfortunately, our visit today was disappointing. When we arrived, we found that the fire department was investigating a CO2 leak, which resulted in a 35-minute wait outside before we could be seated. We were finally seated at 7:10 PM with a total of ten people in our group and received our drinks, but after that, we experienced an extremely long wait for our food.

Despite seeing other patrons who arrived after us being served and enjoying their meals, we still had not received any of our orders. The manager came over to check on us but did not return with any updates on our food, leading my husband to decide it was best to leave and find another place to eat.

I want to express that while I do not wish to assume intent, it was noticeable that we were the only black family in the establishment, which left us feeling uncomfortable during our visit.

This experience has left us in disbelief, and I had to explain to my children why we felt like we were not wanted because of who we are. We had planned to celebrate at Buffalo Wild Wings for many birthdays, but after this visit, it is disheartening to feel we may not return.

Everytime I go here there's problems. Went here with a few friends about a year ago and we waited around for a long time once we got a table for the waiter to take drink orders. Finally got drinks and ordered our food. Most everyone wasn't very happy with their food, the wings were really dry and barely warm. When it came to paying they tried to charge us for the people who ordered water and when they fixed our bill they gave us some coupons to use on another visit. When we looked at the coupons they were expired.

I visited last night (feb 23) to see if things had changed and they hadn't. The host greeted us with an attitude and sat us. The restaurant was pretty cleared out I assume we showed up shortly after the dinner rush (we were there about 9:00). The waitress took our order, she had a lot of attitude and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. We ordered a Guinness and Stella Artois, the Guinness was a bit warm and tasted really watered down. We waited for quite a bit to get our food and they forgot a basket of fries. One of the fries had cheese and it was cold and the cheese was hard. The wings and fries were cold and were really chewy. Our waitress paid more attention to some of the people she wasn't even serving than to us who were the only ones in her section.
