Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Failed Appointment and Poor Service Experience
Dear uBreakiFix Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Goodyear, AZ location after scheduling a Samsung repair appointment.
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, I booked an appointment through Samsungâs website for my Galaxy Z Flip5 (512GB, AT&T). I received a confirmation email, and my appointment was set for 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM with Ticket Number xxxx8025.
I arrived as scheduled between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, but I encountered the following issues: 1.Long Wait Time Despite Scheduled Appointment: â˘The line was excessively long, and having a scheduled appointment provided no advantage in terms of service priority. 2.Lack of Professionalism & Assistance: â˘I spoke with an employee named Juese, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. â˘There was no clear process for handling scheduled appointments, which led to unnecessary delays.
Additionally, I was informed that I would have to either reschedule another appointment through Samsung or pay out of pocket for the repair. This is unacceptableâwhy would I book another appointment through Samsung when my first confirmed appointment was ignored? If Samsung is directing customers to your location for repairs, then I expect proper service without additional inconvenience or unexpected costs.
Requested Resolution:
I kindly request a formal response addressing the following: â˘Why my confirmed appointment was not honored despite scheduling through Samsung. â˘What improvements will be made to ensure scheduled customers are properly accommodated. â˘Whether compensation or another form of resolution can be provided for the inconvenience.
I expect a written response within 7-10 business days. If no resolution is offered, I will escalate this matter to Samsung customer support, corporate offices, and consumer protection agencies.

   Read moreOMG I cannot express enough what a life saver Ryan was. I came in on Wednesday because my Samsung Galaxy S8+ had a small little baby crack on the top right of the screen and just this alone created my whole screen to malfunction (I was so mad).
However, when I walked in the store everyone was so nice, the guy at the time told me they could fix it, but the needed a part because my phone was a special edition. Due, to this they were unsure what time the part would come in the next day. I explained to them that I have a work trip I'll be attending and will be traveling early morning Friday. I let them know I needed my phone for the trip. He told me they would do what they could and with that statement he was just being modest.
They went above and beyond for me, especially Ryan. He called me the next day and told me they were a little backed up but they got the part and he would do the best he could to fix it. Not only did he fix it without any issues. He finished 40 minutes before close! I was on the other side of town and I let him know I would be a little past 7:00pm and that I was so sorry. He said not a problem and waited past closing time for me. I was well over 10mins and he wasnt upset he kept saying to me "no problem, you're fine". He was so kind, friendly, and even but a new screen protector on my phone for me :) If this is not an example of SUPERB, FANTASTIC, and EXCELLENT customer service, I dont know what is!
This was well worth the $250. I was thinking of going to another place who was going to charge me double and I gaurentee their customer service wouldn't of even been close to this. I had a wonderful experience. When you need your phone fixed and you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for I HIGHLY reccommend you come here because they get the job done right and go the extra mile for their customers.    Read moreThis place is amazing!!! I wish they had global stores!! My Mac was no longer working and I shattered my iPad4. I had a short amount of time to get this fixed because I had to catch a plane and return home. I was only in AZ for a quick visit. I was worried about the time of a repair. I googled the best places to get a repair and UBreakiFix popped up.
I was extremely happy with the service and time it took for them to fix both of my issues!! When I say my screen was shattered, I mean I could put my finger inside the iPad. Pieces of glass were missing and I'm pretty sure I could have cut myself. I thought it was a goner! They fixed it the very next day (I dropped it off at closing and it was ready that morning). My Mac gave me this blue screen (of death) and then wouldn't let me log in to my admin account. I was also unable to reinstall the OS to fix the issue. I was sure it was doomed as well. They ran a FREE diagnostic and called me with the result. They couldn't find the issue with the blue screen so they asked me to come back in and we can take a look together. Each associate I worked with was polite and knowledgeable. I was so thankful they were willing to take the extra time and make sure my Mac was working properly before I boarded the plane to fly home. Talk about AMAZING customer service. I would recommend this place for sure. Some may say that it is expensive but to me it was fair pricing. Apple would not replace my product because my Apple Care expired. This place surely beats buying a brand new iPad or MAC. They have my computer working like new and the IPad looks brand new also! Plus you get a warranty on the product to law sure you are satisfied. Give them a call and go in for help with your technology needs you won't be disappointed!
