BOOO! I'm "the lady of the house" so why on earth would you even ask me, "do you know what kind of vacuum you got?" when I'm picking it up AFTER YOU HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS with no apology for the delay. You bet I know what I "got" and I'm missing her desperately.
That's like me asking you, "do you know what kind of vehicle you have?". And when you asked, "want some help with that or you got it?", when I'm the only customer in your store and I own a 35# Kirby, well let's just say I'm probably safe in thinking you didn't really WANT to help so I'm good.

The door that was opened was done so remotely - behind a desk by hitting a button. No additional effort was made to interact, provide exceptional customer care or truly assist, so I personally don't consider opening a door remotely great customer service. Ask anyone that knows me. I am definitely not a "SOFT" talker! That's actually quite laughable because my husband of 38 years is 80% deaf in one ear and had been for the duration of our marriage. I was on the phone because I was using the time that I was being ignored to work and was respond to email messages. You make it sound like I was having a phone conversation which isn't the case at all. My phone number was taken when I dropped my sweeper off so it would have been helpful to receive a phone call explaining what the delay was OR a call to discuss my displeasure rather than simple replying to my review. Not that I've been the most loyal customer you've ever had, but I will not be returning because it doesn't feel like you really want to improve your customer care. I took it in, in September, called about it the first of October, left a message, no call, called back the middle of October, said they ordered a part from China, it would be ready in a couple of weeks, called again the first of November, of course no call back, finally got a hold of someone in the middle of November, hadnât gotten part in yet.    Read moreI just purchased a box of Miele sweeper bags. On the outside it said four bags and 2 filters. When we opened the box to use a bag there were only three bags and no filters. And the three bags smelled moldy. (Mind you this is for a vaccum cleaner with a HEPA filter because we want to avoid dust and mold in the air.) When we compared the packaging with an old original box it was pretty obvious that Erv's had given me knockoff fake non-Miele bags and charged the same price as the real Miele ones.
