Memories of China — Restaurant in Goshen

I made a large to go order (we never order this much, we were hosting a few friends) and when I came in to ask if we can double check it's correct (I get wrong orders all the time from other places) the girl gave me some serious attitude. I brushed it off because it was late and she probably had a bad day or idk maybe she's always like this but when I came home, sure enough the order was missing my sesame chicken. Its not their cheap ticket item and I got 3 white rice instead which is pretty dry anyways. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I hadn't been there in quite some time, and everything about the experience was so good that I would go back soon. The food was ready in a timely fashion, and it was tastey. I tried the bubble tea, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely get it again. However, my favorite part of the whole experience was the service. I have eaten there with some frequency but earlier this week I ordered takeout of Egg Foo Young and an Egg Roll. Initially they gave Chow Mein. They took it and back and said it would be a few minutes. It was 20 minutes and when I got the bag home there was no sauce for the Egg Foo Young and no Rice. There was no way the employee did not know that as they opened up the bag to put some soy sauce in it. So I must conclude it was deliberate, I am not...
