I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. We are rather new to vaping and so with that we had a few questions when going to this shop. Along with being new to vaping we haven't yet purchased two top of the line units yet instead we owned a lower base model to ensure its what we would enjoy. We were in the market for a top of the line unit for us both. We have went to this shop twice as it is close to our house and tried smaller juices to decide which flavors we wanted to take the leap to a larger 100 ml size. Both visits were horrible. The dark headed guy that works there seems to think that insulting a customer will get them to purchase more by telling them there unit basically "sucks" and that 30ml bottles of e juice is ridiculous to purchase. The first time we entered he was so rude my husband walked out telling him he was obnoxiuosly rude. Feeling maybe he was having a bad day he decided to go right back in and stating to the guy Let's try this again without you being rude. We made a 30ml purchase of juice with my husband not wanting to spend more due to the guys attitude. Hence, two weeks later we try to give it one more go considering upgrading both of our units having about $300 bucks in hand. From the moment we walked in he was rude again. Asked him a question and I was met with sarcasm. When I commented it was chilly he stated he was comfortable with the temp and he ought to know because he's sensitive to temperatures. OK, I didn't expect him to change it was just a comment. After that I asked about when do you know it's time to replace your coil, in front of other customers he opened my unit and loudly exclaimed what do you mean...look at yours it's disgusting I mean look at it, seriously. Not knowing I asked OK what should I be looking for. His comment was I mean look at it, seriously it's disgusting really man. At this point I was absolutely embarrassed in front of other customers as he was loud and he looked at another customer and laughed. At that point I knew I would never spend the $300 with him at this shop due to his terrible customer service skills and I have been a retail store manager for 22 years. I know what service looks and sounds like and he needs to find a new career path. He is not increasing sales in this shop but decreasing them because anyone with half a brain would know that you shouldn't insult but instead consult a customer through engaging questions to find out there needs and lifestyle to recommend the proper unit and juices while educating them to increase sales and loyalty and this in turn will ensure your customer to frequent the shop more and they will spend more money and also recommend the shop to others increasing sales and customers base. Instead I bought one 30ml juice because my nerves were wrecked and I was almost ready for cigarette after dealing with him and then went to a vape shop on Huffman Mill Rd and spent $346 with a gentlemen that was more genuine about teaching me about coils and units and took the time to ensure I got the best service even though he was slammed and I walked away with two great vapes and a 100ml juice and will be loyal to his shop. You may want to rethink who you have behind your counter while also increasing your selection. This guy is costing you not helping you broaden your business. Sorry for the long review but I feel honesty is best for whomever owns this store but also ensuring others know what they will experience if they are new to vaping and encounter this guy. Bestest vape shop around. The manager Jeremiah has gone out of his way to help me. I'm 100% off cigs now. I was intimated at first with all the vape options before I met him. He asked me a few questions and my budget, then recommended a couple of devises. But I was high maintenance again, on finding the right flavors - once again he led me to glory land. : //
