I came in on short notice to see Tamara Chrisco. She welcomed me like I was an old friend. I was having problems with my iPad touch screen. She was most patient with me as I continued to ask question after question. She answered everyone all while trying to fix my screen. She tried everything that warranty would try with no success. She unfortunately she wasn’t able to fix it. However, she gave me the number to the warranty department and said I would need to give them a call. Then, she took the time to see if she could do anything with my old phones on my account and newer ones. She got me prices and everything. Tamara gave me her number to call her if I had any problems. After contacting warranty they said They would be sending me a new iPad. After I received my new iPad I got in touch with Tamara and she was so helpful by telling me what to do to clear my old iPad but first setting up my new iPad. She instructed me on how to get it setup. Tamara went above and beyond what I think were her job duties to help me get my stuff right. Tamara is definitely people oriented and wants to make sure I as a customer was satisfied. I suggest going to see Tamara for any of your phone needs. She will treat you like an old friend and do whatever she can to answer your questions. If she doesn’t know she keeps digging it asking other associates to find...
Read moreI highly recommend this store. Chris Tart was awesome.
I've always run into 2 types of phone salesmen: the slimy used cars salesmen type or the condescending tech god type. I was pleasantly surprised when I got Chris Tart. He actually just asked what I wanted instead of trying to sell me the shiniest, most expensive thing in the store. It was like a human talking to a human - which is so rare in the sales force that I was immediately impressed. He got me set-up quickly and answered all those embarrassing questions that a non-tech savvy person has to ask a tech savvy person without making me feel stupid, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for me when we hit a few snags with my photos. He really took care of me and changed how I feel about phone salesmen. I can't thank him enough.
The whole store had a different vibe than that usual blaring florescent light, big fake smiles, with scripted responses that I've grown accustom to in Verizon stores. It was nice just to talk to people helping people again. I...
Read moreTypical Verizon. You really can't find out what you will be paying. The person I talked to started out by arguing with me. She ask who I was with now. I said visible. She said she had never heard of it. I didn't fault her for that, but when I told her they were owned by Verizon she said they wouldn't exist if they were owned by Verizon. I told her she was wrong but she kept arguing for a while. So first, don't argue with a customer- especially when you're wrong. Anyway, $60 per line and$40 activation fee. I asked how much taxes and fees on that 60. Don't know. I ask if my wife would still get a employee discount. She thinks so. Not sure. How much? Don't know that either. Bottom line- visible is very good and you know it's $40 a month! As long as you stay home. However, you can't go the the nw mountains of NC unless you don't want any service! And I mean nothing! No texts - nothing. So I will probably have to go back to Verizon anyway, but I will find a different...
