Rent-A-Center — Local services in Granbury

We have rented several items from RAC and the staff has always been helpful. Until this time. We wanted to rent a fridge and it was set up to be delivered, and after several hours and excuses, it was delivered with ONE guy. He said they were short handed (knowing this, why didn't they hire a temp?). THEN he couldn't get it through the door (mobile home). We told him the fridge doors needed to be removed and he whined that it would take too long...but it was okay to try and jam it through, right? Finally my daughter, who was doing as much work as he was, told him never mind, return it and just give us a refund. We are not...

Terrible service bought a couch Saturday saw they had a sign saying same day delivery but was told it had to be here today Monday witch is fine they where an hour past when they where supposed to be here and when the guy got here I had to help him unload it what if I wasn’t home my wife would not of been able to help and they didn’t know I was ganna be him why not send 2 people plus I had to supply the tools because they didn’t send him with the right tools and he was going to have to go back and get them the delivery guy said they do this to him all the Time poor management...

I was just in the store. After sitting in traffic for an hour due to situation going on 377. I had to use the restroom.

I was looking for a bed and couch as well.

I asked if i could use the bathroom before looking. The woman in the back just ( not even getting out of her seat) .said no you can't use our bathroom. So I left.

I guess I will be going to Aaron's. Poor...
