My cloths dryer stop heating. Being the handy individual I am, I took it apart and guessed on what I needed. In search of parts, I called Jimbo's Appliance Inc. Due to the many different appliances in today world, they didn't have them on hand, which is completely understandable. They still took the time to troubleshoot the issues I was having and gave me some insight on what could be the problem. The following day I went to the front range, got the parts I needed and came home and installed the parts and it worked! I called them the next day to thank them for the assistance. Even though they didn't make a dollar by helping me they still provided a service. I will gladly call them for future needs that I can't repair. I highly recommend Jimbo’s Appliance for service and repairs. He is highly knowledgeable and runs his business with integrity. He came to the rescue when we were expecting company, and our brand new, dual fuel oven wouldn’t turn on, the same day it had been delivered and installed by a local Granby appliance store.

The appliance store owner and his technician had left before turning it on, instructing me to call the GE warranty department for repairs when I called an hour later, to let them know it wasn’t working.

Instead, I called Jimbo’s Appliance, who made time to come right away. He quickly discovered it had been mis-wired during installation. He took photos to document, rewired it correctly, and made sure it was back in place and working so our friends would have a fully working oven for their stay.

Updated 14 Feb 2025 Our 50 year old gas dryer quit tumbling. Debbie was able to find parts including a replacement motor. Jimbo did an excellent job installing the new parts and vacuuming the inside of the dryer. Thanks for fitting us into your busy schedule so quickly.
