This would have been a 5 star rating but now a zero because I was told when we were shopping we were more than welcome to use the restroom as they saw we were spending a bunch of money with them I went back to go use the restroom as I didn’t even know they offered that to people in my group had told me they offered. The taller lady not working the register was so rude she had the rudest tone I’ve ever encountered. Very thankful to not be from this area if this is how people treat their paying customers. Don’t go telling ur guest that they can use ur stuff and not hold up to that and then give a very unprofessional response. Do better. If you are in Grandby you must stop by this adorable shop. My family stopped by this shop as we were on our way to Hot Sulphur Springs and found some great items.
