Kohl's — Local services in Grand Forks

I was in a weekish ago. I was greeted the moment I walked in which was nice and was browsing around was asked if I needed help by various employees which was nice, I’m doing early Christmas shopping and went to find a specific thing I asked the beauty girl that was working if they had said item I was looking for she very rudely said I don’t know and just walked away and didn’t bother to look or help me she didn’t seem to know her job very well and blew me off, I glanced at her nametag because her attitude and customer service skills were sub par it started with an M I believe, I carried on found the item I was looking for and moved my way through the store. It’s messy, a little disorganized in a lot of places and the racks are packed with stuff it deters me from wanting to continue my shopping, I still continue on, annoyed at this point. I take my finds and coupons and go to check out and I’m heckled by an older lady trying to push the store card on me I said no 3 or 4 times and she kept putting the discount on to “show me” what I’d save I was hoping it would be a quick in and out of the checkout but it wasn’t due to her talking to other people while helping me,trying to pressure me into a card and then heckle me for the survey it made me very uncomfortable and I as I stopped at the door to grab my keys I heard her talking about me to a coworker as I’m not even out of the door yet!!! Chances are I won’t be in this store again and I’ll just shop...

I went to Kohls's the day after Black Friday. It was quite busy but the line moved very quickly. There were plenty of employees around to help. I was with a friend that had ordered an item online. We had some difficulty trying to find the item in the store. If I had been in her shoes I would be hesitant that the item remained there because all she had to do let's grab that bag and walk out of the store, no questions asked. There is one hurdle I do not like when going to Kohl's. Nothing has the price stated clearly on it. The final price is determined by looking at the tag and matching it up with sale amounts to figure out what the final price is. If you are on a budget and have a cart full, it is difficult to know how much you've spent without going back to each section to see what the original cost is and the sale price to know how much...

Normally love to go to Kohl’s …but after corporate sent me to the store to help with my Kohl’s cash issue, I had been advised I only had to bring in my receipt for them to look up the order as it was an in store issue. The cashier advised me the store manager was gone but he was the manager covering and couldn’t help as he didn’t know how to help reprint it even if it wasn’t cashed/used yet. He took my number and let me know that the store manager would give me a call and not to worry my $90 Kohls cash would still be given. Still waiting on a call from the store manager after over two weeks even after I called to check on it again still no return call. Really disappointed with the customer service...
