I love the food but today I honestly had the worst customer service experience I ever remember having. The girl working kept rolling her eyes and acted annoyed at customers when she was the one that was talking quietly and no one could understand her. Overall she was being incredibly rude. The other workers just had a terrible attitude and after I said thank you wouldn’t even care to look at me. They just acted as if I didn’t exist the moment they got me their food. No “you’re welcome” after a thank you. No smile, just plain rude. The place was dirty, they smeared my burrito on other food as they went and I’m pretty sure other pieces of food from the make line fell into my burrito when they moved it down the line. Also they didn’t give me much meat ( which is a common complaint, but when they went to put cheese on my brothers tacos they absolutely covered it in cheese, idk if they were being generous or were trying to spite us but the difference in food portions was insane. Sometimes they were just throwing food onto the burrito without any care and you could tell that not a single worker give a crap about anybody working there. You have an amazing bunch of people from the time you open and I knew you where in grand forks I been here since 2016 just so you know and I committed on a friends post that I had seen. Say you are the most healthy place to eat at in Grand Forks North Dakota this has been my experience with your establishment and there’s no need for me to add a location because you are literally the only Qdoba in Grand Forks North Dakota and I’m grateful that you’re here and every time I come and get your chicken bowl it is amazing and when I went on a vegetarian vegan diet only you were the place that had options for me along with tea and creeps which reminds me, I never gave them a review either. Read moreLike others have said, online ordering is not speedy, at least at their busy times. The online system said food would be ready within 10 minutes. Ended up waiting nearly 35 minutes as I watched people come in, order in person, get their food immediately after ordering, eat, and leave. At least ten of us were waiting for takeout orders as this kept happening. It's frustrating to watch as it feels like qdoba is prioritizing walk-ins over takeout. Not enough communication from staff on the delay. There should be a way to notify those who order online that the restaurant is behind/orders will take longer. I imagine this is something corporate needs to fix, so I feel for the local staff. That said, when staff motioned to the backlog of orders they were working through, it seemed to me those orders should have been prepared alongside walk-ins, and must not have been - again, an issue of poor prioritization.
