Ashley Store — Local services in Grand Island

I went in looking to furnish my entire new home. I was greater nicely and I told the gentleman that I wanted to just look on my own and that I would ask if I needed help. He did check on me from time to time, which I didn't mind. The issue I have was him trying to push the Ashley Credit Card on me. As if that was the only way to buy furniture from the store. Then kept insulting me by quoting the "low monthly prices." As if I could not afford the furniture in one lump sum after I told him that paying for it was not the problem. Just because I wasn't dressed in a fancy outfit with high heels does not mean that I do not have the money to buy my own furniture!! I couldnt find items that I was wanting and did not appreciate being pushed to get something I do not want. Not to mention I tried searching for what I want on the touch screen computers. Of course there was only a handful of prices actually listed and the ones that had prices were lower then what the actual price came out at. So then you need to again talk to the salesman who then took 20 minutes to find the prices and get back to you. So I ended up leaving the store very dissatisfied!! You have a very nice store and good potential but you need to listen more closely to the customers instead of pushing your own agenda down...

We checked all over GI and had several quotes all over the place. We went to slumbering found exactly what we wanted but salesperson changed price on is 3 times after jumping through all their hoops and still couldn't give us a definitive quote. Went to the appliance place with furniture they gave us 3 quotes wich were all 3 highest of em all and not 100% what we wanted. Then at Ashley's we explained what we wanted and needed the sales rep 100% listened gave us options then found the perfect solution to our specific needs and cheaper then the other 2 we previously went to. Thanks to their patience we was heard and the rep listed to the details of our needs and being she was very knowledgeable about their products was able to make us suggestions and all with out having to go ba k and forth with thir suppliers or managers or someone else who was basically just pumping us for more money so GREAT JOB TO OUR SALES REP Judy! And a huge thank you from myself...

Montse helped us and wow! She let us look first then found us when we were there on a Friday during my lunch. We gave her some products we were looking at. She whipped up a pricing sheet. That drew us back the next day. I had pictures of the house we just bought and her opinions on colors and sizes helped us FURNISH our WHOLE house! And with a bargin of a price! Will for sure go back to Ashley and have her help us on individual projects we do next! Our furniture is even here sooner than the 6 month notice! Can't wait to sleep on the new bed! Montreal helped us furnish the house but Cole and Brady delivered everything to us. Even twice as the product came in! The 2 guys were laid back and very easy to work with! Time frame when they called was spot on so I wasn't waiting around the whole time slot! Much appreciated...
