Bargain Barn GI LLC — Local services in Grand Island

I moved to the Grand Island area in October 2023, and a coworker told me about Bargain Barn. I had never shopped at a place with a "daily price" concept such as this. Once I checked it out, I never stopped going! Outside of groceries or a very specific need, such as a specific size nail or screw, I shop at Bargain Barn for EVERYTHING! I LITERALLY outfitted our new home and purchased ALL our Christmas gifts for the entire family last year at Bargain Barn! Since their inventory changes and restocks every week, I started finding it really exciting when I would come across a "great deal" stopping in each week. I love that I can find all my cosmetics and hygiene items for $3.50 and lower costs on household staples, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. I watch their Facebook page for their weekly updates with pictures of everything they've stocked and have ready for their Friday openings. I've subscribed to their text message updates, receiving notices when they do impromptu flash sales or specials. I love having a "membership" to receive additional discounts when purchasing any of their "priced" items that they've also listed on their website. They'll text you when your order is ready to pick up after online purchases. The team is very cheerful, always helps you to your vehicle if you have larger items, and the owners are just...

WHAT A JOKE!! Not only a joke but a waste of time. We showed up at 8 just to get a ticket to be in line to get in at 10. Mind you have a sister meeting us from work who does not have a lot of time. Show up at 9:50 only to be kicked out of our ticket number in line because they never told us when handing out tickets you have to be back by 945 to get in line. On top of that they wait until 10 to tell us we can't do this and kick us to the back of the line behind a ton of people who weren't there at 8 or even 950 for that matter. Absolutely poor customer service and terrible experience. Poorly ran. Customers were equally as frustrating. There was not any care or concern for each other or fairness. Amazing deals and amazing staff!! Not only do you NOT have to worry about breaking the bank with baby needs but you also know you’re getting reliable products at an amazing deal! For a car seat you’d get at any chain store for $330+ we got ours at half the price! Same goes for the crib! The staff answered any questions we had about the things we bought. They were some of the most lovely people we’ve talked to and the costumer service is some of the best around town!
