I got to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions and they told me it would take 30 minutes to have them ready, I told them I would wait fir them. I sat and waited there for 40 minutes, went up to the window and the pharmacy assistant went straight to the pharmacist. He came back and informed me that my prescriptions won't be ready today until the next day because they didn't have one and the other wasn't approved by my insurance yet. I asked why I was not informed of this earlier; The pharmacist stepped in and said, "Sir, I'm having trouble with my computer." I asked them to refer my prescriptions to the Usave Pharmacy on 4th Street and the Walgreens pharmacist asked, "Are you open today?" I said "What's the difference if my prescriptions are not going to be ready today because you don't have one and the other one is not being approved". The pharmacist said that she was having problems with her computer and she never mentioned that they didn't have one. Bottom line their customer service is very poor and they lie. Read moreThe staff is always friendly; but the pharmacy service is more than slow. This causes elevated frustration for those waiting. As a retired office consultant, I have a few recommendations. I realize there are corporate regulations; however, making a few minor tweaks to smooth over some of the issues would be worth a try.

As far as the customer service, we have seen every cashier maintain the same negative attitude while working, they seem super annoyed to ring up the customers, become cankerous if the customer has questions, they barely acknowledge the customer even while they ring up the customers items and almost every time we have been in the store the same cashier is always in an argument with one of the other cashiers. She seems to not care how loud her voice is nor the amount of customers who are hearing her. Stores great. Staff...
