Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Island

I put in a bad review a couple weeks ago because the customer service was horribly rude, but I decided to stop in one more time because I was hungry and it was the only place open. I was hoping last time the people that helped me were just having a bad day but when I stopped in again, I asked for the featured it en, which was 2 medium toppings for 6.99 each. my friend and I paid separately and so the manager charged us $9 each. I told him that I thought it was 6.99, and he told me that the food tax just went up really high. I caught him in his lie, and now I was to warn everyone to never eat at papa johns ever again because since I caught him in his lie, he got upset and my friend and I saw him spit in our food. we left right after that. also they take too damn long! not only that but they also charged me for jalapeños and they didn't...

This used to be my favorite place! Until tonight, when our customer service was awful!! I had known for a week that Id be ordering supper on New Years Eve. I placed our order at 7:20am for pickup at 6:30pm.

We were told after showing up on time that our pizza would be another 25 minutes. We live out of town and so we had to drive from 30 minutes away. One of the employees was snarky and rude when I questioned why our order wasn’t ready because we had ordered it with plenty notice. I had even called at 4pm to verify pickup time. I do not complain often because Ive worked in the restaurant business. However I knew better than to treat customers with the blatant rudeness and the disrespectful way we were...

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Just order today and I was really looking forward to it because I haven't had papa johns since they closed the one wear I live. I was seriously disappointed. I ordered a large pizza cheese sticks and an order of garlic knots. It took forever for it to be delivered but I'm patient I wasn't worried about that. But when we did get it the garlic knots were not brought and I was charged for cheese that were suppose be free. Whatever so when I called back the managers response was il just give your money back so we don't have to bring you the garlic knots. I didn't want free food I wanted what I ordered! So lazy! Never eating...
