I never leave reviews, but my experience here was so uncomfortable I had to say something. I came in looking for a dress for an event and immediately felt like I wasn’t welcome. The energy in the store was just weirdly hostile. The manager, Shelby gave off the worst attitude. She didn’t greet me, didn’t offer help, and honestly looked at me like I was bothering her by just existing in the store. Every interaction felt cold and passive-aggressive, like I was being judged for asking simple questions or even for touching the clothes. Even the other employee seemed uncomfortable around her there was this tension in the store that made it hard to focus on shopping. No one smiled, no one offered to start a fitting room, and I felt like I had to tiptoe around just to avoid being glared at. Totally killed the vibe. Francesca’s usually has cute stuff, but no clothing is worth being treated like an inconvenience. Do better, especially in customer-facing roles. I won’t be coming back to...

Worst experience I have ever had. Employees were rude. I will not be back. They said in front of me “looks like a grandma sweater but also a five year old wear it” about the sweater I was trying on. Asked them to get my size off the The mannequin because that was the only one in my size and they said “can’t she pick something else”. Was not greeted when I walked in, as they were too busy on there phones. I’m not a complainer but I have not experienced anything like this before…. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Worst customer service. Waited over half an hour because the employee, Adrian, kept overcharging us and when we brought it up to her she had the worst attitude and said she couldn’t refund us the original price because she didn’t know how. To not deal with it she asked us to return all the items but still couldn’t refund us. She then called her manager Shelby and it took them another 15 minutes to give us our money back.
