I never leave reviews, but my experience here was so uncomfortable I had to say something. I came in looking for a dress for an event and immediately felt like I wasnât welcome. The energy in the store was just weirdly hostile. The manager, Shelby gave off the worst attitude. She didnât greet me, didnât offer help, and honestly looked at me like I was bothering her by just existing in the store. Every interaction felt cold and passive-aggressive, like I was being judged for asking simple questions or even for touching the clothes. Even the other employee seemed uncomfortable around her there was this tension in the store that made it hard to focus on shopping. No one smiled, no one offered to start a fitting room, and I felt like I had to tiptoe around just to avoid being glared at. Totally killed the vibe.
