Apparently when I was in today it was girlfriends visiting day as the furniture was being used for gossip. I came in because I have purchased numerous furniture and decor items in the past years and was with my mom checking out the newer stores. We were never greeted or asked by anyone if we were looking for something special. Apparently, dressing in blue jeans and a sweatshirt doesn’t get you even a glance. In response to our shopper with the sad experience, we apologize. We remember that day well. Our new Monday Store Open hours are 11:00a - 1:00p. We are closed from 1:00p - 6:00p for in-store appointments, purposely, so we can focus on the needs of those clients . We had appointments scheduled for that day. At 1:00p when it was time to close for special appointments, there were ladies browsing. Not wanting to ask them to leave and knowing we had some time before our appointment, we kept the doors open.
