I moved to the area last year and was looking for a new optometrist.

My glasses broke and needed repair. So I stopped by EOB to see if they could help. They were very accommodating.

We had a slight miscommunication on their hours and I absent mindedly forgot to give them any of my contact info. They were busy with other clients so it was missed by them as well. They went above and beyond to try and get my glasses back to me prior to the weekend. Unfortunately, I just assumed that I was going to have to wait until the following week to obtain them.

Never the less I was amazed (in a good way) by their customer service. Which is a rare thing in the world we live in today.

When first looking at EOB's Google rating they have 5 stars with nearly 300 reviews. Which gave me a good feeling.

After my glasses experience I made an appointment for my annual eye exam. Which was just as good of an experience.

Great place! I was happy to give them a try and I love that they are just down the road. They were able to get me in quickly after I broke my glasses on the weekend. The whole staff was very conscientious and accommodating. During the exam, Dr Rottiers was very thorough and professional. I think I have had over 25 eye exams in my life at this point and Dr Rottiers provided me with with one of my best.

In addition to having a keen staff and doc, the location is also well laid out and welcoming. The exam rooms are very high tech and clean.

My visit was during the covid pandemic. Both staff and doctor wore masks (as well as myself), I was asked screening questions, and had a quick temp check. Signs indicated that rooms were sanitized and each pair of glasses I looked at was sanitized. Very easy process but it was...

EYES has a very friendly and knowledgeable eye doctor and staff! This office offers a very different patient experience than we've ever experienced with optometry. We're always greeted with a smile, offered water/fresh coffee, they are consistently happy and patient toward our children, and the office itself is very "classy." They add special touches like offering coloring options for older children and a small toy area for young children. As a larger family, we're also grateful that while they offer more expensive designer frames, they also offer budget frames to fit individual family's needs.
