She’s extremely transparent on what she will be doing and and loves to communicate each step she will be taking. She has given so much great advice on how to better take care of my color and how I can make it last longer (because she knows I’m broke) and I have never come across a stylist that truly cares about you in and outside of the salon. Just received a call 1 hour before my appointment telling me that the stylist I booked with does not do kid’s cuts (remind you, she was the only stylist available on the website to book a kid’s cut with). I told her I could make it in a little earlier. She then asked if I wanted my hair washed? She seemed to be in a rush for whatever reason, red flag #1. I had a photo of the haircut I wanted, she barely looked at it or asked me any questions. I sat down and she just started chopping.
