I will give the benefit of the doubt for the service but it should be made aware. I am sadly not "Karen" enough or willing to call people out in public, but I was not happy leaving there. I go there often. Service is typically decent. I just paid $54 for something that I truly wish I had not. This is my experience... Waited over five minutes to get seated, then was pointed to a seat and not given menus or anything else for about 3 more minutes. Waited over 5 min for anyone to come and take orders. (While waiting another family came and waited close to 10 mins to be seate,, there were plenty of seats). My 11 year old was handed my adult beverage. Also asked if it was on separate bills. (Apparently my 11 year old looks like an adult....not even close with their baby face). The number that I ordered for my child was the plate #7 but we received #6. He argued with me saying I said 6. I said 7 but I wasn't going to argue so asked I'd we could get #7. We kept the #6, to not waste food I guess. And he didn't seem to want to take it back. He didn't bring silverware until I asked. Which was after he brought the #7, that was ordered after the original food came. He never once asked if i wanted more to drink, only coming to our table once to hand a take out container, once to take plates and once to give bill. I paid for all of it. I didn't eat much because the experience made me sick.
Just not his day I suppose. I will go back but not for a long time. I left there crying.

Read moreOverall the food was good, but service was lacking. Took longer than expected to be seated with a party of 6, approximately 15 minutes. Tables were open but not cleared. Once seated the server could not understand the order, and made multiple unsuccessful attempts to take the order. Finally he got another server to come with him to the table and we were able to order. My personal order was repeated a total of 4 times, and there was no modification to the dish. It took about 25 minutes to complete ordering alone. It was frustrating to say the least. The chips were fresh and hot, and the salsa was great! Once the food made it's way to the table it was pretty good. The shrimp were not over cooked and snapped when you bit into them. Was it the best Mexican meal I have ever had, no. But it was above average. What tarnished the experience was the service aspect. Not sure if the server was new, or there was a language barrier or something else... Read moreIf you're website says you're open until 1030, and your door says you're open until 1030. Maybe be open until then. If you close early, maybe don't let people order from the website and maybe dont give them a confirmation that says their food will be ready before you close. I ordered food 45 minutes before the door and the website said that the restaurant was closing. I felt bad and tipped 25 percent for the trouble. I drove 20 miles to pick up the food only for the restaurant to be closed. I already paid for the food and got a confirmation email that it would be ready and showed up to a closed restaurant. I'm hoping the money wont be pulled from my account but we'll see if it does. I'm sure the food is great but the customer service/ communication is terrible. If you plan on ordering food dont use the website, it will not tell you if they close early and itll be a huge waste of time and hopefully not money.
