Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Seriously, please stay away from this location!! Every single time I have ordered for delivery, or take out, my order was screwed up, missing items, less than half full fries, or way overcharged!! You can't call the restaurant cause all it does is go to some weird message. I have had to contact customer service at least 10 times in the past month. They tried to make it right and sent me a coupon for a free combo meal. I made the mistake, again, of giving them one more try this past weekend. I sent my daughter up there to get 10 tacos. They are 2 for 0.99 cents! Well, they charged her 9.15 cents instead of 5 and some change. I did get 10 tacos, but way overpriced! I tried to call, no luck, sent 2 complaints through the customer service contact not a single response back! This is hands down the absolute worst location I have ever dealt with, and now the way the customer service complaint site is ignoring me, im starting to think it's just jack in the box in general. We drove everywhere for a chocolate shake, we on our periods, we want some chocolate. We get to Jack in the box, the last place on our list. They the only ones with ice cream, so we ask for 2 large shakes. The cups are clear, so we can OBVIOUSLY see that this little girl, who had a sour face already, did not blend them all the way. We ask nicely if she would blend them one more time, they're obviously not mixed well. She looks at the cup, like we're lying or being picky, and reluctantly goes and blends them again. She comes back AND THEY'RE STILL NOT BLENDED ALL THE WAY. We ask again, not as kindly but not as nice as before, to blend them again, they're painfully obviously not mixed, you can see it, just blend it all the way. She huffs, sucks her teeth, and tells us she has more customers to deal with and thrusts the shakes to us. We will not...

I've never understood why this location that is extremely busy is always lacking extra help. The location is clearly popular and successful, you can pass by it, day or night and there's always a line.

Even before the renovation, I've been coming to this Jack for over 14+ years now. I've seen many employees over the years and it's always the same. It's SLOW, so slow and it's because they're understaffed. They've always been understaffed.

Literally, 1 employee can be running the register, cooking and making the food, packaging it and giving it out, also they do drive thru. They do it all. They need more help. It's messed up for them. I'm sure...
