Burger King — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

What a dumpster fire of an establishment. I ordered 2, $6-double whopper meals and the total came out to $15.58 BEFORE taxes. I literally pointed to the value menu at the $6 double whopper meal and the dunce at the register still had a difficult time receiving and understanding my simple order. Now I’m no rocket scientist, but the last time I checked, 6 + 6 does not equal $15.58 ($16.87 after taxes). No coffee or ice for the fountain drinks either, but that didn’t surprise me. They’re always “out” of something and one machine or another is always “out of order.” On top of all this, once I got the burger and opened it, I noticed that the hamburger patties were pink around the edges. I’m perfectly fine with some pink in the center, but pink around the edges is entirely unacceptable. The patties didn’t look anything close to “flame grilled” as Burger King advertises them. Also, notice on the receipt it says “Saturday.” On Saturdays and Sundays, this location is supposedly open 24 hours, except that right after I walked in at 8pm, the shift manager, if you can even call him that, locked the doors and proceeded to tell everyone who tried to walk in after that they were closed and to use the drive-through. This one location has severely tainted my view of Burger King and will be sticking to Whataburger in the future. It would be better for business if Burger King just scrapped this location or at least fired the management and retrained the employees. I’m beside myself at how horribly this place is managed and ran. ⚠️SERVED 3 RAW CHICKEN SANDWICHES⚠️

I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, one was half-cooked/still raw and the other one had fried breading but was raw on the inside/no white. I called the place 11 times, about 1:40-2:00 min each called and no one answered. In fact, after my 7th call, the line rang as busy. Obv I didnt want a replacement from them, I simply wanted to let them know the chicken isn't cooking right. They were very dismissive and made me a "fresh" order. The replacement order was 1 sandwich, not 2 (wow), but the best part was the 3rd sandwich wasn't fully cooked either. Having worked in fast food before, I gave them no attitude and tried get them to address the raw chicken patties issue by checking times. NOPE. I was fully ignored, no one came to talk to me/ was avoided. They didn't care, responded with attitude, dismissive af, and will still be serving raw chicken patties.

Other issues: They advertise as being open until 12am which is a lie, if you come here at 10pm you're lucky if you get service because they start shutting down at around 9:50pm. (Despite what the website states.)

I won't ever go here again. I asked for cheese 3 times on my whopper. And didn't get it. Asked for onion rings 3 times. And didn't get them either. Called these dumb People's argued, for like 5 minutes. They told me to come back and get my onion rings. 20 minute drive back just to get onion rings. But what about my whoppers with no cheese. If I can go to Jack in the box, and get a Jumbo Jack with cheese. Then why can't I go to burger king and get 2 whoppers with cheese. Its supposed to be, you can have it your way. Then they give me a number to a district Manager. Maria. This lady doesn't call back. And if she did, didn't leave a message. Maybe you have to be A Full blown Mexican, to say Scheese, so they can understand you. On my behalf. I wouldn't go here. They don't know how to take an order. They don't speak English. And there Rude. Remember, they don't speak Freaking, English. Next time you feel like eating a whopper, stay out of Grand Prairie. Your better of going to Jack in the Box. At least at Jack, they speak, Spanglish. And only because this stupid App. Says to rate it by stars. I give it soooooooo. Stars. This Place, Burger King, Sucks . I wouldn't ever eat here. It sucks.
