Me and my wife have been going to Chik-fil-a for so many years. The experiences we have had been great. We moved to Grand Prairie because of the commute was closer for our jobs and we found this chikfila just around the corner where we live. There have been a number of times where we go and there are so many people in the kitchen that they end up messing up the order. The most recent interaction with the staff was very disrespectful. We were the first ones in line at the counter and they kept sending orders out to cars behind us. We were sitting there for close to 5 min for our order and kept watching cars go by us with their order being fulfilled. Finally we got our order and we got home and set out our salads and realized that they had given us the wrong order. We figured it was just because they were busy so I went back to the restaurant so they could fix my order. When I got there I explained what happened and they said they would exchange what they had put in wrong for the correct item. The girl went to the back and told a boy named Jesus and he took out a salad from the fridge and through it in the bag. The girl brought it to me and I looked at it before I left. Funny to say it was STILL the wrong order!! At this point I was beginning to lose my patience because I had a pregnant wife waiting at home. Out of respect for the families eating in the restaurant I kept my cool and explained to the girl that the order was wrong for the second time and AGAIN I explained what I had ordered. I dont know if this Jesus person was in charge of expediting the orders but when people are told a total of 3 times what your order is and they dont get it I believe because of the lack of professionalism they should step down and let someone else that knows what they are doing do the job. By the time I got home with the correct salad, the rest of my order was cold and depressing to eat. I am beyond disappointed with...
Read moreAs a Uber eats driver, I would not recommend any drivers to pick up from this location. I was almost hit twice trying to get into the store walking through all the tight traffic. I see employees who walk orders to cars who have take outs which takes up space for Uber drivers to pick up orders. I drive around 5 times to try to get a parking spot but the place is too small. I have even talk with the manager who was of Asian decent. She was nice about it but I felt was very programed to say that it's the Landlord idea to not have drivers picking up through the driving line. I want to say to the landlord. You think you have a problem with small spaces but if you don't find a safe place for drivers to pick up or accommodate drivers to pick up you will find no drivers wanting to pick up from here due to the congestion at this location and also be sued if someone gets hit trying to pick up an order. The manager suggested that I park in another business parking lot to pick up orders. Who wants to walk a long ways just to pick up an order from your store. You either need to allow Uber drivers through the drive in line or accommodate some space for us. I will be reporting this location. To doordash as well as Uber eats that it's unsafe for drivers to pick up from here. The landlord need to realize alot of other locations are allowing their Uber drivers to pick up through the drive through line. You are paid big bucks to find someone who will make this happen. Stop making excuses that it will mess up the flow. Go ask the other stores how they are doing it. They have small spaces too but they also provide safety for their drivers to pick up . I won't be picking up from this location again and I would hope that more Uber drivers and door dash drivers will be smart enough to do the same. It's not safe, get your parking lot engineers to do something or else people will get hit walking across that busy small...
Read moreI used to come to the this location until 10/26/19. My family and I were hungry and decided that we were going to stop by for a bite to eat. When we approached the counter the young man greeted us and took our order. He then gave us our total and so we paid. And out of no where this rude lady walks behind the young man and starts raising her voice at him completely disregarding that there is a customer present. She then turns to me and starts to interrogate me as if I placed my order wrong. I told her I know what I ordered and how I ordered it and that she had no right to talk to me the way she did. Again, disregarding that there are customers present. So I then told the young man that ir wasn't his fault and that he was doing fine. When we get our order, the fries are half full, our drinks are loaded with ice, and our meals were prepared wrong. We then sent the food back with one of the associates and then came back asking if we wanted to add the things ourselves. I then told him that if they could prepare the food properly because I didn't come to this restaurant and pay money to prepare my own food. Shortly Mr.Omar approached our table and asked what the problem was. We then proceeded to explain the situation and in turn he scoffed and walked away. The server came back with our food(already cold) and said that there was nothing else he could do about it. Worst service ever and definitely not coming back to...
