Mosby's Popcorn — Local services in Grand Rapids

First heard of and saw Mosby's popcorn at Grand Rapids Wine, Beer & Food Festival. They were sampling butter, caramel, cheese and beer cheese flavors. I bought 3 bags just because I love popcorn and the beer cheese was so unique and delicious. Today was opening day in downtown Grand Rapids. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction in the area but the place is definitely open. The ladies that assisted my friends and I were so wonderful! We sampled many different, unique flavors, all of which were spot on with flavor. The Cinnamon French Toast is a must try. And the Angry Dill has a great kick. My sister who lives in Las Vegas sent me Mosbys popcorn for my birthday. My birthday fell on a Sunday and of course they were closed on that day and offered to deliver it another day. She told them that I was the best sister in the world and she really needed it to be delivered on that day. They were so kind and accommodating that they actually delivered it on Sunday morning even though they were not open. Had a sample of their popcorn and I loved it, so I placed an order for delivery. The order was pended for a few days, and since I am local I decided to cancel it. Multiple emails were sent regarding my refund with no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the complaint response indicated that I had been refunded and an email response was also sent.
