7-Eleven — Local services in Grapevine

I have a terrible experience today morning at 7-Eleven terminal D gate 20 that’s American black African lady she is out in her mind. She cussed me out and she told me that I need to leave for just asking her to smile for the Customer because always she’s mad and angry please 7-Eleven get attention to this lady and take action you’re gonna lose more Business Thank you. We are working at DFW Airport and the whole team every morning. Go buy coffee and sandwich and we spend money every day and if she keeping her aggressive and angry, we’re not gone...

most disrespectful service i experience in my life ,i ordered 3 slices of pica and the afro american little girl i think with tatoo on her face throw it to me after i ask can i please get my pica because i was late for my transfer flight ,she throw those 3 slices they almost felt on the ground like im a dog or something ,i didnt want to go in to argument because i was late otherwise i will throw that pica back in her face,im not asking for free pica im paying for it ,all the customers around me could not believe what just happened...

Interesting that the owner states that the doors are always open, however indicates that they are periodically closed for sanitation and cleaning purposes. You can't have both. He also goes on to say that they always have hot fresh food. There are people that get stuck at this airport overnight and those that work here that would like hot fresh food, but your staff refuses to cook. That's an absolute ridiculous statement to make on the owner's behalf. Definitely not a place I want to...
