Let's get the 1 good point out of the way: the pretzels with mustard and cheddar-beer dip were really good.
I am truly sorry to have to give such low points for the worst service me and my wife have ever received, anywhere.
We went for a table with the only 2 seats with armrests. The waitress yelled: pick another table because I don't have time to clean that one (note: there were only 2 glasses and some napkins on the table). As I cleaned the table myself in 5 seconds with my own napkins and wet wipes (kindly, without wanting to offend anyone), the waitress rudely made fun of me yelling that switching the seats would have been a smarter move. (note: this was quite impossible as the space is very limited and the chairs are huge) Waitress came and asked bluntly "so y'all gonna wanna have me get you a menu too huh?". We politely said yes we would like a menu. After ten minutes she returned. We asked if there is a drinks menu too. She said ofcourse not, so what do you want?. We replied, I wanna have a beer, which ones do you recommend? She told me I should go to the bar and look which ones were on tap. I shortly replied I'll have what most people are having here. She smirked and noted a blonde beer. My wife asked for a white wine. The waitress answered: "White wine is not specific enough. Which one do you want?" Because we didn't have a drinks menu we rightly replied well which ones do you have? She smirked, well all of them (haha, okay). Pinot grigio, chardonnay,... My wife kindly ordered a chardonnay (not knowing which chardonnay at what price). The waitress went away without even asking for food. After another 10 minutes she returned with our drinks and asked "so you gonna wanna order food too?". We ordered the pretzels. She replied: "so thats all you're ordering?". She went away and we discovered that our glasses we're still dirty. There were even lip marks on my wives glass. Also they didn't even put it in a wine glass.
We had some sips and paid the bill and just went away as soon as we could. I later discovered that the waitress billed everything on my credit card, even though I also gave 24 dollars of airport vouchers???
All the other waiters and waitresses were super nice to us.
But honestly, we were shocked at how RUDE, INCONSIDERATE and HOSTILE this lady was, even though we always kept our cool and were polite.
Out of principle, we paid a 15% tip, not wanting anymore fuzz. Honestly, we should have given close to nothing.
She worked there on the 22th of august at 5pm. Short curly hair, mid 20s.
I hope she eventually finds a...

They don't have a drinks list but “have a full bar.” It wasn’t clear at first if they didn’t have the drinks list printed and on hand, or just didn’t ever have a printed copy and it was online (was the former). You're supposed to say what you usually drink and they can do it, so that doesn't account for folks wanting to try something new locally or having the option to read descriptions without someone waiting impatiently table-side for you to decide what you want after they verbally give you options.
Our server was terse and brusque from the start, but was even more offended when I tried to look up a drinks list online: the menu I was looking at was not this location. It was confusing because even if this wasn’t the airport’s menu, if their full bar can make what a customer wants, why be offended when someone looks up options they might want to order? I mentally shrugged it off and chose a generic option to de-escalate the server’s increasing offense.
They ask what you want and they rattle off options at you, so if you don't do well with a lack of visual information, have cognitive or memory impairments affecting recall, are hearing impaired, or are simply just tired and overstimulated from babies crying non stop on your flight, good luck ordering here.
There’s also no information on size or prices of the drinks, so I got something far larger than I would have ordered.
Lastly, our server slapped the bill down (without asking if we were done or looking at us) while asking the next table if the gent there was doing ok. However, this particular server was brusque with other diners, so we don’t feel like we were singled out (thankfully?).
Beer was good and the tiny side of fries delish, but unnecessary rudeness is a huge turn off, so I recommend walking on by. There are a lot of other options in that terminal and nearby.
Some folks can have a bad day, but based on other recent reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior at this location that needs to...
Read moreI had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. the service was lacking, starting with at a dirty table and the staff's defensive reactions. The young woman's initial friendliness didn't translate into effective service, especially when she didn't acknowledge the situation appropriately. Instead of resolving your concerns, it seems she opted to make light of the situation with her coworkers, which only escalated my frustration. She approached me as if she was a hostess so I was surprised when she didn't realize the dishes weren't mine. I was far from upset I was making light of how busy the place was and that they probably didn't see people coming and going. I realized she wasn't a hostess only as she load talk offensively within my ear shot.
The manager's response, lacking in customer service and conflict resolution skills, did not help either. It's disappointing when staff members don't take customer feedback seriously or fail to address issues in a professional manner. Overall, the service overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the cuisine. It's hard to evaluate the food when the dining experience itself is marred by...
