I absolutely LOVE Reilly Chance! I love so many things about this store! My first purchase was a collection of luxury Holiday Table Squares that I purchased for our Church’s Christmas Dinner Party. They were red and gold finished with the most elegant trims and incredible beading. They are being used each year, they are that high of quality! Next was our Master Bedroom makeover. My husband and I chose the Bristol Bedding Collection with the gorgeous Bristol Draperies. Since we a suite with our tub exposed to our bedroom, we even had ceiling to floor tied back shower curtains from Reilly Chance. The pictures on social media show they are beautiful products, but it is nothing to what the products are in person. From the quality of the fabrics, the combination of patterns and textures, the designs themselves, to the phenomenal details in accent pieces, trims and beading…the Coco Beading🥰, it is all so beautiful, elegant and rich. The space Reilly Chance products makes is a room that is like a luxurious vacation! My most recent purchases have been draperies in several other rooms; from my husbands office, my workroom to the guest bedroom, they are each different in style, but they all elevate the room to a space that is not only beautiful, but a sense of place to savor. Reilly Chance is a one of a kind store all the way around! Patsy creates the most elegant bedding and window treatments available. Including the most exquisite pillows! She has amazing design talent and quality craftsmanship. Patsy is exceptional to work with achieving the look you want and making sure everything is just right and you are well taken care of. The furniture Reilly Chance carries is detailed and ornate - absolutely exclusive. When it come to accessories there are none to compare. The candles with scrolled jeweled medallions and other special additions plus the bases are absolutely stunning! The lamps and artwork are all unique. I can not leave out the Michelle Butler items Reilly Chance carries! One of a kind creative decorative designs. The most exquisite bottles, plaques and frames! Absolutley awesome! I have loved the product for years. But on October 27th, I traveled to their new showroom and ordered drapes. The next day, I called to cancel the order. The owner talked me into not cancelling the order by offering a discount. They were supposed to immediately credit my card for the difference ($600). She said she would review my order and call me back to discuss before they started production. It's been over 2 weeks. No credit has been issued to my card. No one has called me. I left a voice message last week - no one called me back. I left another one today - no one answers their phone and no call back. I have contacted my credit card company and asked for a credit for the entire order. I live over 100 miles away - so I can't just drive to their showroom. But I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled. The day I drove there, they were closed in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Now, no one answers their phone. Maybe they are having problems - so I am suggesting customers be careful before spending any money with Reilly-Chance. I will post an update if I...
