I went to this store to get a 6in meatball sandwich yesterday and the guy made a huge mess of the sandwich and overcharged me because he said he would add extra cheese for no charge to make up for not enough meatballs, but then charged me double for a cheese. When I got home and saw this horrible mess of a sandwich, I went back to get refund and they refused and said I needed to have a different sandwich instead. I didn’t want a different sandwich so the guy tells me sometimes you gotta do what you Gotta do! I even brought back the sandwich he made so grossly and opened it up to show them. it took three papers for them to roll it up because it was a big mess of sauce and cheese, and only two meatballs and half the bread was burnt and hard . It was not edible, and the girl that was also working there Agreed with me, but refused to give a refund. Needless to say, there were some heated words between us, but the manager the next day took the employee side and told me it was his second day, and no excuse for my unprofessionalism but when I asked about his unprofessionalism, she was very rude and cut me off and told me I would need to speak to the district manager before they can’t do anything to help me on this matter. I normally don’t even go in there because their vegetables are always wilted and look old. Many times I’ve been there and there has been rude employees who are not for the customer. I could go on and on about stories about this place, but I have definitely learned now I will never be back to do business with them again. Read moreI have ordered from the subway 4 times now with the subway App all four times when my order was supposed to be ready I showed up and they say that they do not have an online order today was not that great they had two workers and one printed off my order and didn't inform the other employee as he went over to the Dollar General to get change is terrible management for not having proper amount of change for the weekend if the manager is not going to be there there should always be somebody with authority that can assist with the register and with the money I'm starting to look for a trying to order from another store to see how they do with their online orders I have not had good luck with the online orders and I'm not really happy with the online service it is nice and convenient to be able to order it and have it ready when I get ready to pick it up but I've had too many times where it has not even been noticed they need to have more notification for their employees to know when there is an online order it either needs to print up on its own by the desk that they make the sandwiches or it needs to be a really loud ring notifying them that there is a online order I also think that there should never be anybody leaving the store to go get money for the store it's not good to leave one employee in a store no matter if they are male or female I do know that the store has been robbed once I would never like to hear that again there should always be two employees at all times if not three management and ownership needs to be aware of how the employees are having to do their work I give this story really...
Read moreLast night (July 11th, 2024) at 9:49pm after a hard day of work ( 14 hrs shift) we (my son,one of my friends and myself) were trying to order food to go. At the moment we were parking, I noticed that a young kid inside the restaurant walked towards the door a looked (before 10 pm). We walked toward the doors trying to getting inside and the employee walked to the door and unlocked it but he stand by the door. He said that restaurant was closed. I told him the hours of operations and that we were going to take out (not eat inside). He did not moved away from the door. He said that he had an online order and by the time he was going to be done it was going to be 10:15 pm. I told him that we were trying to walk in before 10 pm so technically the restaurant was open. He said no because is almost 10 pm. I took a picture of him and the business hours sign , and started walking away. I told my friend and my son to go to the truck and I told the employee that I was going to post it on Google, Facebook and reach out the management and corporate. I walked away then he said... ok come on in.
By this time I was already upset. We decided to leave just because I knew this was not going to end well, so we walked away and left.
This doesn't deserve not even 1 star ✨️ .
We are not trying to get free food or coupons but it's important for people and the owners of this franchise to know how this place by this employee is been handled.
