If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with this location today. We placed a $30 order for delivery plus a tip for the driver. 30 minutes after placing the order we received a call from an employee stating that they had no delivery drivers and door dash could not pick up our order so we would need to come pick it up or they would have to cancel it. We asked if the delivery fee and tip could be refunded if we came to pick it up and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that she would have to recharge us in order to refund that part but it would take 3-5 days for the funds to re-enter our account and we would have to pay again if we came to pick up. We explained that we didn’t have the funds in the account it was paid from the be charged twice and have to wait a week for the refund and it didn’t seem fair that we were willing to come pick it up and the order was already paid for and this was their error. She then accused us of trying to demand free food and threatened to cancel our order all together. We told her it was fine and that they could keep the delivery fee and tip and we would come pick it up we just asked for the food to be fresh. When we got there they did not provide some of our items and we had to go back and ask for them. Drove all the way back home to discover they had made our pepperoni pizza with cheese on TOP of the pepperonis. The crust was soggy and undercooked, the pepperonis were greasy and soft due to being cooked underneath the cheese, and the cheese was rubbery and disgusting. The food was completely inedible. And to make matters even worse the employees of the store prank called us at 11pm. Absolutely...

I got an unwelcome attitude from an employee when I picked up my order at the location(on 01/02/2020 at 1:30pm). I stopped at the drive-through window and ask to pick up with a polite attitude. The lady handed the check and said in a rude voice: "Sign it". No "Please", no " Can you". I handed back the signed check, took the pizza, did not see her ask me if I need Cheese or Pepper so I asked: "Can I have some pepper?". She responded again with a crude voice: "We don't have it." I wanted to hear her respond again if she wanted to change the way she said so asked with low and little impatient voice: "What?". She responded the same way "We don't have it". So what's wrong did I do to get that attitude from her? I paid for the food, did not beg for anything for free, so I expected to be treated just like a customer should be. Was the employee unhappy with something and tried to push all that on me? Is what she doing too hard to get along with? If handing out the orders, saying something polite to the customers like Thank you, Sorry or Please is what she is not comfortable to do, what is she doing? Isn't customer service skills part of her job? If she could not do those easy stuffs, why don't you get her to do something else? Does this location get enough the customers so it doesn't need customers anymore? She needs to learn how to say THANK YOU, SORRY and PLEASE before clocking in her shift. The food...

Ordered pizza, wings, and a 20 oz soda. Didn't recieve the soda which, while frustrating, was not that big of a deal so long as I got a refund. The manager (female, sounded young) informed me I'd have to drive up to them to get a refund. I thought she was kidding, but she wasn't. I paid online, why couldn't I be refunded just as easily?

I asked for her name so I could confirm this with corporate, but she refused to give it to me. I called many times and spoke to several different people, all of whom refused to give me not only her name, but any of their names.

It's so absurd right, I didn't recieve a product that I paid for, and they gave me zero compensation and refused to give me any information to give to corporate so they could fix it either.

After calling several times asking for the manager's name that I spoke with, they told me I was harassing them. It was so frustrating that this was over a buck fifty.

I called the corporate help line, who asked me if I wanted a full refund, and at this point I did. She assured me the district manager would contact me and that I would not need to drive to them to get my meal refunded. Funny that.

Will update this review if I ever hear from the DM. I sincerely doubt there will be any Pizza hut...

Horrible! Service was horrible and the food was horrible!! I was told 20 minutes for two small personal pan pizzas and two orders of wings. I waited 40 minutes on my lunch hour. I saw the two pizzas in the back just sitting for over 10 minutes. I asked a guy if he could bring my order, and he said she'll (the lady who took my order) bring it to you. I'm just the cook. It would've taken 2 minutes to hand me the 2 boxes. It appears she just threw the wings down and poured the wing sauce over the wings and pizza. She chose to give me bone in AND bone out because i sure didn't ask for bone in. The sauce was everywhere but in the wings for the most part. The sauce was in the bottom of the box which got on my pants. Then, as if that wasn't enough, there was a hair in one of the boxes! Bad service! Bad customer service! Bad food! I'll never eat here again. I should've left after noticing how dirty the place was, and the cook was not wearing gloves. Now that I'm thinking I may call the Department of Health.

(3) The food delivered was not even warm. (4) The driver did not follow the instructions provided, failing to ring our doorbell to alert us to the delivery. (5) The food was left sitting on our sidewalk. Not on our screened porch, but on the sidewalk in front of it. The only reason we even knew it was sitting there is because I went to bring in our flag off the porch display, and saw it there, at 11 p.m. CLEARLY, this order was a spectacular display of failure.

I reached out again and asked to speak to a manager, the manager said he would have another sent out and was very prompt about it, well I assume the same idiot that made the first one also made the second because there was so much sauce that the pizza was sopping, sauce all over the crust and box. Wouldn't recommend this place apparently the cook doesn't know how to put regular amount of sauce and then act aggressive when called out. Moron.
