If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with this location today. We placed a $30 order for delivery plus a tip for the driver. 30 minutes after placing the order we received a call from an employee stating that they had no delivery drivers and door dash could not pick up our order so we would need to come pick it up or they would have to cancel it. We asked if the delivery fee and tip could be refunded if we came to pick it up and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that she would have to recharge us in order to refund that part but it would take 3-5 days for the funds to re-enter our account and we would have to pay again if we came to pick up. We explained that we didn’t have the funds in the account it was paid from the be charged twice and have to wait a week for the refund and it didn’t seem fair that we were willing to come pick it up and the order was already paid for and this was their error. She then accused us of trying to demand free food and threatened to cancel our order all together. We told her it was fine and that they could keep the delivery fee and tip and we would come pick it up we just asked for the food to be fresh. When we got there they did not provide some of our items and we had to go back and ask for them. Drove all the way back home to discover they had made our pepperoni pizza with cheese on TOP of the pepperonis. The crust was soggy and undercooked, the pepperonis were greasy and soft due to being cooked underneath the cheese, and the cheese was rubbery and disgusting. The food was completely inedible. Read moreI got an unwelcome attitude from an employee when I picked up my order at the location(on 01/02/2020 at 1:30pm). I stopped at the drive-through window and ask to pick up with a polite attitude. The lady handed the check and said in a rude voice: "Sign it". No "Please", no " Can you". I handed back the signed check, took the pizza, did not see her ask me if I need Cheese or Pepper so I asked: "Can I have some pepper?". She responded again with a crude voice: "We don't have it." I wanted to hear her respond again if she wanted to change the way she said so asked with low and little impatient voice: "What?". She responded the same way "We don't have it". So what's wrong did I do to get that attitude from her? I paid for the food, did not beg for anything for free, so I expected to be treated just like a customer should be. Was the employee unhappy with something and tried to push all that on me? Is what she doing too hard to get along with? If handing out the orders, saying something polite to the customers like Thank you, Sorry or Please is what she is not comfortable to do, what is she doing? Isn't customer service skills part of her job? If she could not do those easy stuffs, why don't you get her to do something else? Read moreOrdered pizza, wings, and a 20 oz soda. Didn't recieve the soda which, while frustrating, was not that big of a deal so long as I got a refund. The manager (female, sounded young) informed me I'd have to drive up to them to get a refund. I thought she was kidding, but she wasn't. I paid online, why couldn't I be refunded just as easily?
I asked for her name so I could confirm this with corporate, but she refused to give it to me. I called many times and spoke to several different people, all of whom refused to give me not only her name, but any of their names.
It's so absurd right, I didn't recieve a product that I paid for, and they gave me zero compensation and refused to give me any information to give to corporate so they could fix it either.
After calling several times asking for the manager's name that I spoke with, they told me I was harassing them. It was so frustrating that this was over a buck fifty.
I called the corporate help line, who asked me if I wanted a full refund, and at this point I did. She assured me the district manager would contact me and that I would not need to drive to them to get my meal refunded. Funny that.
Will update this review if I ever hear from the DM. I sincerely doubt there will be any Pizza hut...
