Update... I went to give them another try.. It appears that Ralph is no longer there and things have improved. Recently though,, during the pandemic, we attempted to go and they were "temporary closed". We went from 1 star to 3. We'll see how they do moving forward.
OLD REVIEW: Unfriendly. Especially Ralph. He is the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and pompous employee. And he doesn't seem to understand "customer service" at all. There are 3 or 4 people (Joyce, Beth, and Dana) that seem to give genuinely good customer service (mornings -Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Still... Other locations are worth the drive! Also, I have a picture of what Ralph made and served as a Beefy 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. It was almost like sour cream was all he put on it. How hard is it to read an order? Busy drive thru so a little wait, but that was okay.
Was ordering for a few people so was ordering a lot of food. We were read back twice what we ordered and it was correct on the screen as well.
They stuffed everything into 1 small bag and gave us our drinks afterwards when they realized they hadn't handed them to us. We tried to check and make sure everything was there but the bag was so small and stuffed we couldn't. We drove home and that is where we discovered the issue.
The burrito supreme from our #1 was missing and our crunchy tacos were squished and broken because they were tossed into the bottom of the bag. Our taco supreme was just a plain taco.
Never have had issues at other Taco Bell locations before, but won't be back...

I am done with this location. I have patronized Taco Bell at 3 locations since the late 70s 2 of which still exist. I have always ordered the exact same menu items over those years. I know every portion detail of a combination burrito up to this very day. I have complained to management about their 1/2 portions on numerous occasions and they always have some excuse and promise its a one time training type mistake. This is my last visit to this taco bell. Its not just me....every time I bring home from this taco bell all of my friends and family members say "whats this" when they unpackage their items. We are done with this location. You have been warned. You will not get expected taco bell servings at this location. Allbtge others I go to are fine. But not...
