Expectation when you go here need to be set extremely low. BE CAREFUL WHEN WALKING IN… I almost rolled my ankle. There is a ledge that declines. Open door then big step over it. The place smells weird, like chemicals or something I don’t know
Either way we walked in we did not get a hi, hello, hola, bye, get out here; nothing.
I’m very loudly and on purpose said if they do not say anything to us in two minutes we’re leaving. We’re just about to turn around and walk away and she goes hi. Unacceptable.
There was only three people working. And all three of them were on the drive-through. I suggest if the owner still reading reviews get a bell or some thing so they can at least great people. And then check in and see if they are ready or not. Also, if you’re attentive and you see we’re not sure or we’re going back-and-forth maybe step in and say hey what are you looking for? I can help you. Primarily they speak Spanish, and all of the food and snacks and suites are in Spanish. There are a few things that are translated, but not very many. So we were having a hard time figuring out what we wanted. I could translate things, but I shouldn’t have to do that for my spouse or my child. The associate said should have been attentive and seeing what we want. Just engaging which they were not.
I got two scoops or the medium size of a Ferror Rocher ice cream. It has pieces of the actual candy in it. My two year old we got her the small size or one scoop of strawberry ice cream. Has pieces of strawberries in it. And my spouse got a mangonada I think they said it has mangoes, chili powder, mango sorbet, and it. They said it was really good.
So the food for us it was good for us. However, we refuse to go back to a place that is going to completely ignore us, and not engage. I do understand that they are short staffed, and they are hiring, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t engage with whom is in the store.
As excited as we were, we are just as excited not to go back because I won’t be treated that way.
Store is also very crowded , there is nowhere to sit!!!! you’re gonna have to sit outside, which is not covered, but they do have a drive-through, so you could order and go kind of thing.
Summary: almost falling with their ledge, and there is no signing I forgot to add that they have no signing about watch your step or anything. No greeting. I know acknowledgment that we were unsure what we wanted and no engagement from employees. No seating. Our food was OK. The price is decent. Also, if you want a receipt you need to ask for a receipt they did not give us one nor offer if we wanted one. I also did not put in there also but we got to ice creams and a drink and for the ice cream’s they didn’t even offer us a bag I had to ask for one.
Summary for owner: put a sign that says, watch your step, train your employees that it’s important to greet people when they come in and tell them I had to have a good night when we leave, get you a jingle bell, or something too attached to the door, there an expensive on Amazon. This way when the door opens, they can hear it to turn around and say hello. Make sure you are informing them that if someone looks confused, ask them if they have questions or if there was some thing that they were curious about that they can help us make a decision. Have them ask if we want a bag or a receipt. And also again, thank you have a good night something of that nature.
And to the employees it doesn’t matter how busy you are or how understaffed you are you can still say hello and give me one minute some thing like that. Also, if someone looks overwhelmed, please ask us if there’s something that with that we were looking for that you could help us with. Likely because almost 100% of the things in the shop are in Spanish somebody that is visiting especially for the first time might not know Spanish so definitely help them out. And have a better attitude! Not everyone is going to have a good day at work, but you are getting paid to be at work, so act like you care. Thank you. We will...
Read moreJust got back from the Haltom city location, I got two fresas con crema and a churro, the fresas con crema, we good! The churro was too hard, like it was cooked on not hot enough oil, i asked for a churro preparado, when I was ready to pay the lady taking drive thru orders literally made me wait ten-15 minutes while her attention was with the drive thru, she pushed 3 cars orders out the way and i eat half of my fresas con crema before she rung me up, when i got home my churro was nasty, soggy, chewy from it sitting so long. A total waste of money. I get being under staffed but, she needs to be able to double task it, if she is the only one that knows the register, maybe thats all she needs to do, in stead of leaving the front face customers waiting at the register for...

It’s smooth, creamy, and incredibly rich in flavor. The aroma alone is enchanting, a fragrant dance of vanilla that takes your senses on a journey.
Their immaculate customer service: A worker who works on Fridays is always there to accompany us with some English translations, even though they’re mainly Spanish-speaking. She is very joyous and remembers us all the time, knows our usual order, and always puts a smile on our face. We thank you.
What a great...
