I wanted to take a full week of lounging in this perfect piece of furniture before is left a review. I was so intimidated and even uneasy about purchasing a custom leather sectional. But all I can do now is wonder why I waited so long!! Every detail and color choice was ours and sitting on it and watching UFC Fights from it or Movies has been great. Total comfort !! My dogs have already claimed respective sections with their blankets. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the final product. We looked for sectionals all over and kept finding the same brands at different stores or the quality of the finish on the sofas you could tell from showroom wear it just wouldn’t hold up. This is not the case at all with our new piece, we were showed the leather and thickness that would be used and even given a sliver of it to color match in our living room!! While it was being crated for us by what must be the Santa’s elves of sofas !!!! It’s truly a focal point of the room and there is no lack of room or comfort. ( bonus !! I want to give this a 5 star and really wanted to shop here again but was amazed they wouldn't repair a 3 inch seam that we found was open a few months after purchase. Perhaps it was that way all along and we didn't notice it upon receipt cause it was so small. When I asked if they would repair it, I was told I probably lifted the ottoman by the cushion and ripped it. It was only a $95 repair, but what disappointed me was that I was accused of ripping it instead of them honoring their work. (It isn't a rip at all.) I can't lift that ottoman, (I'm a 5'2" female and it is a huge chair and 1/2 leather ottoman) it is way too heavy and have a robot vac that cleans under it so I've only ever pushed it aside by the base. I guess for a chair that cost thousands, he won't do a $100 repair? So unfortunate cause we really wanted...

We were in the market for new living room furniture and had never been in a Leather Sofa Co. store previously. Three things stood out to my wife and I. First, the furniture is locally made, being small business owners ourselves being able to support local is important to us. Second, quality and the ability to customize to fit our needs and wants. Third was a definite timeline for completion and delivery. We didn't have to wait months not knowing when pieces may arrive, we knew from the date we signed the papers when the product was going to be ready.
