We have been here plenty of times before and the food has been good, however we haven’t been in at least a year-maybe 2. This place has gone down hill. When initially walking in it smelled weird, not of food but mainly like a wet towel or mildew.
I ordered a P7 (chicken + vegetables pho) my kids ordered pho with no meat, my husband ordered flat noodles with chicken. To start the chicken in my pho smelled rotten, it smelled fishy and it was a gray color. The broth was extremely salty my kids didn’t finish their pho because it was “not good” according to them. My husband said the chicken was so cold and dry he couldn’t even swallow it because it was getting stuck in his throat, and I agree because I tried it. Really this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant we’ve ever been to and pho is our too requested food by all our kids. We made the trip from Keller to grapevine and we never will make that...

Learn some people skills. Be hospitable. Also when I left he stood by the door and when I said thank you he just gave me a dirty look. Honestly I cannot imagine people spending their money at my business and then being rude to them. The food also was not very good compared to other pho restaurants in the area. The noodles were soggy and the broth lacked flavor. Advice to management: work on your recipes and people skills. You were incredibly rude to everyone the entire time I was here. Definitely...

The broth reached a deadzone between flavorless and overflavored. The rare steak was thick and tasted of low quality and twice cooked before serving. Meatballs were ample, but had more the consistency of a Swedish meatball than a beef tendon ball. Both of us ate less than a third of the bowl and walked out. I felt nausea for the first time eating pho. Another firs? First time I walked away without an empty jowl left behind.
I can think of dozens of disappointing experiences which would cost me less that...
