Last time I came here, they completely made me the wrong bagel sandwich. I come back this time and order two smoothies, which I noticed that the girl making them has no idea what she is doing and had no idea that she was making two, therefore didn't add the proper amount of ingredients and such, but the manager woman tells her it'll be okay and to add some more into flavor and such. I specifically even ask, is it going to be all right did you guys make it right? To which she assures me they did. Only for her to hand them to me completely liquid not a smoothie at all just like drinking water, with a horrific overbearing flavor to which I go inside and kindly ask them if this is correct and if they can make me proper ones to what she says no they are made fine and does nothing to fix the problem. My family loves this place! There are no vegan pastry/donut options, but we still find ourselves coming back for boba. They do have almond milk as an alternative option to cows milk for boba teas/smoothies though. And the real reason this is our go-to boba? The owners. They are such wonderful people, and they greet all their customers with kindness and warmth. They always remember us. I just assume, since they are so popular, that we are just another customer, but they ask about the kids, and are just genuinely kind people. Got the taro coconut and that was good. Also, got the chai iced tea and the whole cup was full of ice and it took 3 drinks and it was gone. I asked how much for a refill because I didn’t think that was very fair and she said that that’s the normal amount of ice and I was like but that’s the whole cup full. So, she got annoyed and she’s like i’ll just fill it for you and didn’t look at us again. And the other workers were just rude as well.
